Meet George! He is a 10 month old, Blue, Great Dane. He is the sweetest guy you could ever meet. He wants nothing more in life but all of your love and attention. He is a quick learner and will thrive in a home dedicated to helping him continue his training with positive reinforcement and plenty of exercise. He would love a doggie sibling or weekly daycare/play dates to keep him from getting bored. Most of all he just wants to be with his family. He is house trained and crate trained. George neighborhood walks, playing toys and relaxing with his people on the couch. George does well with other dogs when introduced properly. He is very much a puppy and could accidentally knock over young children with his playfulness. Children over 10 years old preferred. George is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and preventatives. Meet our lovely Blondie! She is a 4- year-old Great Dane mix who weighs about 60 pounds. Blondie is extraordinarily resilient and has a special rescue story, which we encourage you to read at https://www.crossingpathsanimalrescue.org/rescue-stories/blondie-and-her-litter. She was picked up by animal control while nursing her 10 puppies. Such a devoted mother, she nursed the pups while she was just skin and bones. Since coming to rescue, Blondie has grown to a more ideal weight! She was quick to show her foster how smart she is by responding to the commands “sit” and “shake!' She loves walking on leash but will need a strong hand to guide her. Blondie loves all sizes of other dogs; however, we are unsure of how she will respond to cats and children. (ME, 7/11/23)  **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption Fee/Transport Fee: $250.00  We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . Meet Sunshine Louise! This beautiful Anatolian Shepard/Great Pyrenees mix is super sweet and wants to be your best friend. She currently weights about 90 lbs. She is house trained (she will ring bells on the back door to go outside). She is very well behaved and does not require a crate indoors. Sunshine is a very, very laid back girl….until she feels the need to guard her home. We are unsure of her age, but the guess is around 6 years old. She is smart and very treat motivated. She loves to go on walks especially first thing in the morning and after the sun goes down. She LOVES people and kids! She is good with other dogs as long as they respect her boundaries. She easily integrates into a pack, but remains kind of a loner. She is spayed, (after having 10 puppies), microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations. She has also completed Heart Worm treatment. Sunshine loves belly rubs and pets. She will look lovingly and longingly into your eyes like she knows that her life has been saved and she is so very grateful. She is a very calm girl who prefers to lay on the cool floor. She is a “guardian” breed and will quietly take up a position (usually in a doorway) and just relax. She knows basic commands but does have a stubborn streak. Usually a treat will encourage her to follow your directions. Sunshine does have a high prey drive, so no cats or tiny toy breeds please. She also has a history of fence jumping to pursue wildlife, so a privacy fence would be ideal. Introducing the most curious of little girls, Alice (in wonderland!) 🐾 The Wonderland litter wandered up to one of our fosters houses where she was taken in and nursed to health by her mama and foster. These babies were emaciated, their tiny mama (queen) doing the best she could to care for them, but now they are thriving and ready for forever homes! They are pyr/anatolian shepherd/pittie mixes and could range anywhere from 40 to 80lbs, depending on the parent they take after! They’re only 12 weeks old so we can’t quite predict size yet. 🐶 Alice is the only little girl of her litter and she is precious! All she wants to be held like a baby. She cried to be picked up when her foster walks away!
