Great Dane

Male, 7 mos
Cincinnati, OH
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Spayed or Neutered,
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at Hobbs - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Oh my, it's BIG puppy, but puppy cuteness overload just the same going on here!!! This sweet boy has almost ALL the boxes checked - Affectionate - check Sweet - check Huggable and Kissable - double that check Playful - check Cute as a button(the big 4 hole kind!) - oh for sure that's a check Pawsome family members - yep, that's a check The family - no check :( ...yet! The name Hobbs is often thought to be a name that implies a pioneering spirit, a natural born leader, highly focused, and achievement oriented. Enduring hardship to try out new things come naturally and also being energetic and confident. Your heart’s desire is to help and care for those you love. You treasure family values and traditions and are willing to sacrifice yourself for the sake of others. Oh wow! Do I have a pawsome name or what?!! I am still just a puppy, although a big puppy, still just a puppy at heart. Playful, goofy, sweet, active... I has got it all. Being around 7 months and around 71ish lbs I still have some growing yet to do. But no matter my size I just want a loving family and a safe home. Remember, I might be big in size but that just means more of me to love you! I does do great with people but would do best with older kids, as I would hate to accidently knock over a little one. I also gets along with the other foster pups and would love having a playful sibling to have fun in the yard together stealing...err did I say that out loud? I really meant to say sharing toys!! I am working on my house training and almost have it down completely. I'm a smart cookie so it'll be a walk in the park. Speaking of which, I love going for walks and would do great with an action adventure family that goes on lots of outdoor activities. I would make a great companion for hikes/camping and neighborhood strolls or any other adventures you want to try out. I'd sure be game to give them a whirl too!! With my short sleek shiny coat, a quick wash, rinse and towel dry and I'm good to go, fairly low maintenance. That's always a good thing, cuz you know what that means don't you?! Oh yeah, it leaves lots of extra time for my 'spoil me rotten' time!! Are you searching for that boy that will be your constant? Always there for you, having your back? A big fella with an even bigger heart? Look no further, I just might be that boy. I just need YOUR help getting that last box checked!!

Great Dane

Male, 1 yr 3 mos
Aurora, IN
(when grown) X-Large 101 lbs (46 kg) or more
Good with dogs, Needs special attention, Spayed or Neutered,
Quinn is super sweet but very skittish. He needs time to learn to trust. He is NOT good with small animals or kids. He may do ok with a larger non dominant dog but that will just depend on how he feels about them. He is housebroke, crate trained, and answers to his name. He will need a lot of on going socialization. Along with his socialization needs, Quinn has some undiagnosed health issues. It is thought to be a form of myopathy at this time. Unfortunately, there isn't a one and done test that will give a true diagnosis. He will need to stay on a specific food, and most likely will require life long daily medications.  If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application. They currently are fixed, up to date on shots, wormings, preventatives and are microchipped (with lifetime registration). Adoption fee is $200 with approved application, applications can be filled out at this link. .We cannot guarantee breed or size when full grown. ##1604201##
