I got our boy more than a year ago from a shelter with no backstory. He's 6 years old and great with kids, other dogs, is potty trained, microchipped, neutered, up to date on vaccines and receives monthly preventative. He's trained to sit and lie down. He is a cuddler! He wants to be loved on 100% of the time and is spoiled. He is very high energy and loves to play fetch. He is VERY territorial to his owner and will jump, growl, and nip if he feels that you're threatened. He would be best for a single person or a family with older kids. He will fall asleep on your lap given the chance. We've recently had a change in our household and there are allergies. Otherwise, we'd keep him FUR-EVER. He would do best in a fenced yard because he loves to play. It saddens us TERRIBLY to lose him, but we've run into serious allergy problems in our home and I do not want him to return to a shelter. He deserves a loving home. Will come with a large kennel. He eats 3 1/2 cups of Purina One twice daily.

Banjo was just a tiny little fella when his litter was dropped off to one of our dedicated fosters. It was quickly clear that these puppies were overrun with worms and unfortunately Banjo was the only one to survive.. Banjo is about 90% blind and has epilepsy (which is well managed) so he needs a special family that will understand his medical needs and be a calm leader when he experiences seizures. He has come a long way and we know that there is a family out there that can see passed his special needs and love him all the same. He does require medication for his seizures twice a day at meal times. Banjo is good with everyone! Including kids. He also loves being with other dogs and is neutral toward cats in his foster home. He is still very young so he does need to be crated when left alone but he has a great foundation for crating thanks to his foster. Banjo rides well in the car and is excellent for bath time. He LOVES food and thinks toys are less exciting. But dont worry his favorite games involve interacting with his people. Banjo is currently in PA but he can be transported to an approved adopter. This special boy needs a special family!

Shedinja came to us from a kill shelter in Arkansas where she ended up by no fault of her own. This girl is sweet, but reserved. She is good with other dogs and kids and tested fine with cats. Her approx. birth date is 05/05/15 and she weighs 94# full grown. This girl was adopted out for 6 years and recently returned when her adopted became too ill to care for her. She has been vet. checked, spayed, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. She was also heart worm negative.Her adoption donation is $100 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. Please note that any additional funding collected for this pet goes back into our medical acct. to provide for other dogs in need.
