Story
Meet Marlo, a sweet, playful boy who is ready to find his forever home! Marlo may be a bit shy when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly. Once he`s comfortable, this treat-motivated boy is happy to show off his skills. He loves to go for walks and spend time with his people, and he`s discovered that snuffle mats and frozen treats are pretty great!Marlo can be a bit excitable in unfamiliar surroundings and may occasionally jump up when he`s feeling enthusiastic, but he is responsive to his people and has shown that he can settle with some guidance. His future family should be ready to continue helping him learn with patience, positive reinforcement, and plenty of opportunities to use his brain!Marlo is looking for a family who will give him the love, structure, and guidance he deserves. In return, he`s sure to keep you smiling with his goofy personality, impressive paw-shaking skills, and enthusiasm for being part of the family! Come meet Marlo at the shelter!A little bit about Marlo:Kids: Unknown history with children. Any interactions should be carefully supervised by an adult.Cats/Small Animals: Unknown history. Introductions should be slow, gradual, and carefully supervised.Dogs: Unknown history. Potential to live with a select dog pending a successful dog-to-dog introduction.

Story
Meet Mash! A friendly, playful guy who loves making friends and having fun! He is the kind of dog who is excited to meet just about everyone! He can get a little carried away with his enthusiasm when meeting new people and may jump up, but once he gets to know you, he settles into a calmer, more relaxed companion. He loves attention, is happy to lean in for pets, and is always ready for a good game of tug or a long walk. He has shown that he enjoys playing with other dogs and has a fun, social personality, although he can sometimes become overexcited. His family should continue helping him practice polite greetings and appropriate play using positive reinforcement, as he`s still young and learning! Mash has shown that he may pull or lunge towards small animals on walks, so his family should be prepared to manage this while he`s out and about! He also prefers to have his own space while eating, particularly because he likes to take breaks from his meal. Feeding him separately from other pets or giving him a little extra space during mealtimes will help everyone feel comfortable.Mash is looking for a fun-loving family who can keep up with his playful spirit while helping him learn when it`s time to settle. With his friendly nature, love of people, and enthusiasm for walks and playtime, Mash is sure to be a wonderful adventure buddy!A little about Mash:- Kids: Has successfully lived with a young child. He may become easily overexcited, so all interactions should be carefully supervised by an adult.Cats/Small Animals: Has successfully lived with a cat. All introductions should be done slowly over multiple sessions and carefully supervised.Dogs: Has successfully lived with another large-breed dog and enjoys playing with other dogs. Potential to live with a select dog pending a successful dog-to-dog introduction.

Story
Raven is a fun-loving energetic dog. She's the rule enforcer in the house & makes sure the cats aren't scratching at the furniture or eating her food. She'll alert you if they're not listening. She loves to be helpful & would be a great dog to train to do chores and help out where possible. She loves to be social, but she doesn't quite get boundaries. So when she's playing with dogs, or her cats, she has to be reminded when to to back up. She also needs reminders to stay down when she gets to say hi to others.Unfortunately her human is having persistent health problems that prevent her daily needs from being met, like going for regular walks. She definitely needs a household that can take her for regular long walks and play with her daily. She loves tug of war. She'd be best suited in a home eager to train her to do chores & help in any way she can; like cleaning up her toys, or ensuring the other household pets are following the rules. She will be up to date soon with her boosters.
