Story
I'm Little Man and food is my love language! I might be slow to warm up, but treats are the key to my heart! I was living wild on the streets when rescued, so I'm still learning about being a house dog. I need a very patient family who will give me time to warm up and continue with my socialization. I do love other doggies, and I think a friendly, confident furry companion in my furever home will help me grow into my best doggy self! Besides other doggies, I've been living with young children and cats and do just fine with them. I'm crate-trained and potty-trained. Are you a kind, patient person who can help me learn about being a very good boy? I can't wait to meet you! To meet me, go to waalrescue.org/adopt and fill out an application.

Fleetwood was found wandering the streets with his sister. He was rescued by Beauties and Beasts of Wichita before we adopted him in 2020. We believe he is 6 years old. He is a gentle giant and a couch potato. He likes to chew on bison horns, but has never taken to chasing a ball. Mostly he likes to lay around where it is cool. He is good with dogs and patient with kids, even toddlers! He does notlike fireworks..
