Jack made his way to rescue on Halloween so we found it only fitting he have a name befitting of the holiday! Jack was born in July of 2025 and is such a delightful puppy! True to the Great Pyrenees breed, he has a calm and sweet temperament. His expressive eyes will melt your heart! Jack loves being with his people and if you get down on his level he’s bound to give you a puppy kiss or two. In his foster home, Jack enjoys playing with dogs big and small, and needs a canine companion in his furever home. Jack knows sit, is treat motivated and has caught on to potty training quickly. He currently weighs about 40 lbs but still has a lot of growing to do to grow into those big paws! Adoption Requirements: *A secure & visible fence *A minimum of 3 yrs of vet records on a dog in your name *Home Visit Jack is not neutered and will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract/deposit with adopter promising to neuter at approx 1 year of age. Story
Morty is a Pyrenees at heart. Great guard dog for house. He’s a happy dog. He is kind of a cowardly lion. He does bark. He wants to be the alpha with our other dogs. He can get his feelings hurt if you’re harsh with him. He needs a back yard. We have no back yard and he likes to bark at anyone approaching the house. Can be aggressive with delivery people approaching. Our HOA only allows 2 dogs. We took him for a friend but cannot keep him. He is independent. He wants to be with us but doesn’t mind sleeping downstairs when we go up to bed.

Story
I unexpectedly took in Sunny in October after finding out someone I know abandoned him by dumping him out by the highway. This is my first time caring for a dog, and it's been really hard for me especially since I was unprepared for it. All I knew was that I didn't want to let him die outside and had no plan other than that. Since then, I have been caring for him but I will be unable to after the end of my lease as I have to move and cannot bring him with me. Sunny has medical issues but the vet has said that his overall health is good. He vomits several times a day, likely due to stomach acid reflux. He takes medication twice a day and needs to be fed several small meals a day in order to prevent his stomach from being empty too long to reduce the vomiting. He is also half bald, but the vet doesn't know why. Sunny is potty trained. He knows basic obedience but only in Vietnamese, but we are practicing English. He gets along well with my cat and loves people and strangers.
