Corky is a purebred Great Pyrenees who is just over a year. Princess has learned house manners and doing will with potty training. She enjoys the company of other dogs. She currently weighs about 70 pounds, and we are working on getting some more weight on her with a good diet. She is a beautiful friendly girl who is looking for a home with a nice outside area she can enjoy. DOB 12/24/2023 The Great Pyrenees is a large, thickly coated working dog bred to deter sheep-stealing predators on snowy mountaintops. Pyrs today are mellow companions and vigilant guardians of home and family. These steadfast guardians usually exhibit a Zen-like calm, but they can quickly spring into action and move with grace and speed to meet a threat. The weatherproof coat is all white, or white with markings of beautiful shades of gray, tan, reddish-brown, or badger. All Heart of America dogs are altered, micro chipped and will have age-appropriate vaccines. The adoption fee for all of our dogs/puppies is $225. Story

Willow is a sweetheart. She is getting older but she still has a lot of life in her. She had a rough start to life being a hurricane dog that got moved from shelter to shelter. She loves to lay around and sleep and play outside. She is amazing on the leash. She does have a special kennel as she does get separation anxiety so it helps ensure she doesn't try to break out and hurt herself. She does not like noises like fireworks but with medication she does just fine when needed. She is good with kids but again is getting older and doesn't need a small child hanging on her. She looks good shaved down and her hair grows back without issues for the summer and she will gladly sit outside in the snow for an hour in the winter.
