She simply prefers calm, respectful dogs who don’t get up in her face. She’s not an “all over the place” dog and truly thrives in quiet, predictable environments. New situations can still spook her, so a slower lifestyle outside of a busy city would be ideal. Lyla is currently on a weight-loss journey, making proper leash walks an important part of her routine. At home, she’s a total couch potato and happiest relaxing in a calm space. She may be shy around new people at first but is very sweet once she feels safe. A quiet home where she has a safe space of her own and a patient, supportive human would be the perfect match.
