You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.NOTE- MOOSE IS LISTED AS A COURTESY FOR AN INDIVIDUAL ASKING TO REHOME THEIR PET.  PLEASE SEE CONTACT INFO BELOW.  'Moose is a well trained dog (crate trained, e collar trained, knows commands such as sit, down, place), but needs to be in a home without kids. He is extremely loyal and sweet, though not very cuddly. He loves to be outside, but has pretty low exercise needs (we take him on one ~.5 mile walk a day and that + being outside in the yard is plenty for him). He lives with 2 cats and a dog. He gets along great with them, but is wary around new dogs but has been successfully introduced to new dogs slowly. Moose has anxiety that is well managed with medication (costs ~$10/month), but he is too anxious and uncomfortable around our daughter which is why we are rehoming. Story
Dexter is a majestic, 4-year-old Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix with a heart as big as his fluffy pawsand a protective streak that runs just as deep. True to his breed (pyrenees experience not required but highly preferred), hes a born guardian who takes his job of watching over his people very seriously. Strangers? Suspicious. Delivery drivers? Definitely up to something. But once youre in his circle of trust, youll have the most loyal, loving companion you could ask for. This gentle giant was surrendered due to a change in his familys living situation & becoming too protective over his family. Now, he is searching for a kind-hearted home where he can feel safe, loved, and cherished. This big guy isnt looking for the fast lanehes looking for someone patient, kind, and willing to go at his pace (meaning several meet and greets). Hes had a lot to carry on those broad shoulders and needs a calm, confident human who understands that building trust with a dog like Dexter is a slow dance, not a sprint. Once he trusts you, he will shower you with affection, offering all the hugs and cuddles a dog can give!Dexter is deeply bonded to his people and wants nothing more than to feel safeand to make sure youre safe too. That instinct to protect is written into his DNA, and while its admirable, its something that will need thoughtful guidance. Dexter needs a home thats not only loving and patient, but also committed to working with a professional trainer to help him understand that he doesnt have to take on the world alone. We will cover the cost of a few training sessions after adoption. Hes a worrier. Hes cautious with new people, barks to alert, and can be reactive if he feels unsure or threatened. With the right training and structure, Dexter has the potential to relax into a more balanced and confident version of himself. Hes incredibly smart and willinghe just needs the right human to show him the way.At heart, he is a big, soft teddy bear who just wants to be close to his loved ones. Dexter would thrive in a quiet, low-traffic home where he can decompress, gain confidence, and be understood. A securely fenced yard is highly preferred; he loves to patrol, lounge in the sun, and keep watch like the noble guardian he was born to be. Hes not cut out for apartment living or busy neighborhoodstoo much hustle and bustle overwhelms him. Dexter prefers quality over quantity in his friendships. Bonus points if you have no plans for an overly social lifestyle. Hes not the dog for everyonebut for the right person, hell be everything. If youve got the heart to go slow, Dexter might just be your forever shadow. Having a Great Pyrenees is like having your own guardian angelin the shape of a 75-pound cloud with paws.Hes not a fan of chaos or surprises, and small children are too much for his peace-loving nature. Older teens or adults who respect his boundaries and understand the value of slow connection would be ideal. He may be happiest as the only dog in the home so he can soak up all your attention and feel secure. He has lived with other animals before and can coexist peacefully with calm, respectful dogsespecially if he has a chance to get to know them gradually. We would hold meet & greets with any other current dogs. On walks, Dexter loves to sniff everything he can, so he is a curious companion. He could use a bit of a refresher when it comes to leash manners, as he tends to get a little excited about all the wonderful scents and pulls on the leash sometimes. With some gentle training, hell be walking like a pro in no time!Dexter is crate-trained and house-trained, so he is well-behaved indoors. He enjoys lounging around but is always up for a quiet stroll or a bit of outdoor playtime if the mood strikes. He is the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a calm, affectionate dog with a loving nature. This handsome boy isnt for first-time dog owners, but hell absolutely thrive with someone experienced, patient, and committed to doing things the right waynot the fast way. Once he lets you in, youll never want to imagine life without him. With structure, consistency, and the support of a skilled trainer, Dexter has all the potential to blossom into the kind of companion who makes you feel like the most important person in the world. If you believe in second chances, value deep connections, and have the heart (and time) to help a dog like Dexter feel safe, seen, and understoodhe just might be waiting for you.If you would like to meet Dexter, please complete an application on our website: www.crcpa.org

Story
Meet Riley, a 2-year-old Great Pyrenees/Australian shepherd mix looking for a soft spot to land — perhaps a home with a nice comfy couch where she can get all the human cuddles her heart desires.  Riley is 80 lbs of total love bug! She loves everyone she meets, including children and other dogs. The word stranger just isn’t in her vocabulary.  Riley is crate trained and potty trained, and she is ok if her family has full-time jobs and can’t be with her all day long. She’s doesn’t expect much.  What we would love for Riley is a somewhat active home with a fenced-in yard. Riley would love to go on the occasional hike or neighborhood walk. While Riley is basically a turn-key dog, she could use some simple basic-manners training. She gets very excited to see new people and doesn’t realize her size, but she quickly becomes a gentle giant after the initial excitement.  She also needs an owner willing to spend some time or money on grooming. She has a beautiful fluffy coat that could get matted with no maintenance.  Riley is an easygoing adult dog who is more than ready to be a good girl and best friend for her forever family. Story
Bailor’s story is one of resilience and transformation. This gorgeous Great Pyrenees came to Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary after surviving a tragic car accident that left him with one less leg and a family that could no longer care for him. But don’t feel sorry for him—Bailor has embraced life with three legs like a champ and decided that the farm life wasn’t really his style. Once a livestock guardian dog, Bailor has traded in his goat-guarding days for a bougie lifestyle filled with plush beds, snuggles, and love. Bailor is the total package—sweet, loyal, and fun-loving. He adores everyone he meets and gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, kids, chickens, goats, and even pigs. His gentle disposition makes him a friend to all creatures, big and small. This handsome boy is completely house-trained, has impeccable indoor manners, and doesn’t get into mischief. He’s just as content snuggling with his furry friends as he is chewing on a toy or enjoying a chewy bone. Bailor is proof that sometimes the best family dogs are the ones who’ve already seen a little life and decided they just want to spend the rest of it being loved. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will melt your heart and fill your home with love, Bailor is your guy. Apply today at www.fullcirclerescueandsanctuary.com Adoption Fee: $300 (includes neuter, vaccines, microchip, and parasite prevention)
