Story
What my friends at OHS say about me:Just like a bear, I am snuggly, cute, and love butt scratches.I'm missing a leg, not sure where I left it, but it does not slow me down one bit!I really enjoy the company of my human friends. I will thrive with an active lifestyle! I would love to get up and go adventure with you.I love to learn! You can use my favorite toys or treats as positive reinforcement and to teach me new things. Mental enrichment activities are a great way to entertain me and work my brain.I really enjoy playing with toys! I'll show you my favorite when we meet!I had so much fun meeting another dog here in the shelter. I am a pretty rough and rowdy player and my friends at OHS think I would be great at making new large dog friends that can match my playstyle! The type of home I'm looking for:I need a home without cats, small dogs, or other small animals.I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted. It could be with you! Story
TEXAS ADOPTION ONLY Drax is a really cool name, right?? Makes me look AND sound like a tough guy! Look at my head!! I am a REAL ROTTIE!! No mistaking me for a POODLE or CHIHUAHUA. I am the real deal and being a Rottie has some advantages and some disadvantages... Advantages- Handsome boy, people may think I am scary because of my size and big head but I am NICE (ok that can be a disadvantage too). I look good walking next to anyone from big to little.... Disadvantages- ok I look scary but I am a big marshmallow...unless you threaten my family.... and then it is a big advantage! So as you gathered, I am a glass half full kind of boy. And my glass is ALMOST FULL, except one thing!! A FAMILY! I will love you and kiss you and hang out with you and run with you and protect you no matter what..... You just have to pick me and put in the adoption application soon! I will fill your life with wonderful drooly love while you fill my life with the family I have been dreaming of!! Must know the breed. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)
