Story
Location: St Paul, MN This handsome boy is Grey. Grey came to the rescue with his 3 siblings. He loves to chase his siblings and try to show them who is boss. Grey loves his doggy bed and loves to sun bathe. Grey is still leaning that if you potty outside you get a treat. Grey loves to play with the kids of the house and thinks their toes and hands are tasty. Will you be my furever best friend? --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. Story
Location: St Paul, MN This pretty girl is Lucy. Lucy came to rescue with her 3 siblings. Lucy loves to follow her foster mom all over the farm and try to help with chores. She thinks the cats are puppies and tries to play but they don't play back. Lucy is still learning to potty outside. We are working on learning to sit for treats. Lucy loves to sit under your chair outside where it's nice and shady. Story
SE Thor's Hammer, R71B, L75002Hi. I’m Thor. I’m not quite the god of thunder that I’m named after, in fact I’m a sweet and submissive boy. I love walks and think they're awesome! I might secretly love people too, but I'm a little shy at first but curious. I like to come to people when I'm ready and enjoy getting pets. I love having my own space in the house, and as long as I have a refuge and squeaky stuffy toys, I tolerate a lot of activity going on in the house. I get along with dogs the best, calm children are my next favorite, then adults. Anyone noisy or fast, I'll most likely choose to go up to last. I would rather not be kenneled and be an only dog. I really look to other dogs for reassurance and do fine as long as I have a dog buddy to hang with. I also really don't like stairs and so far, no amount of bribery and FOMO has tempted me enough to give them a go. My foster mom will continue to encourage me to give them a try. My new foster mom also says that I have opened up so much in just the two weeks that she's been with me and that it will be amazing to see how much braver I will get once I'm with my forever family. Story
RG Urs R 62D, L 75271Hi! I'm Popper! I love snuggles and all people. I also love short walks (I get a little tired on long ones). I have a tendency to be a leaner and I am an early riser. I like all people and I get along with big dogs and cats. For the most part I am not interested in cats. In fact, I have a pretty low prey drive and I hardly pay attention to squirrels. I would rather not be kenneled, I tend to vocalize if I'm in the kennel longer than an hour or two. My foster people say I do well lose in the bedroom with the resident dogs. I'm also not a fan of loud noises, the vacuum, and baths. I prefer to be around my people and I love to snuggle with them. Speaking of my people, my fosters say I'm such a sweet boy. Hope to meet my forever people soon! Story
FF Tesla R 61I, L 74981Hi, I'm Telsa!I love MY PEOPLE, the dogs I'm living with, my people, counter surfing, bringing all the toys out of the bin, sleeping, going outside, resting my head on you or other dogs, cuddling, CHEESE (and other snacks) and did I mention my people? I have a gentle disposition, a lot of love to give, a tendency to be a velcro hound, a tendency to sneak out of doors, a tendency to be a counter surfer, a tendency to be vocal when the humans leave so no shared walls for me. I am very friendly, a toy collector, a really good eater, a HUGE cuddler, not afraid of loud noises (such as thunderstorms, vacuums, and fireworks). I get along with people, med/large dogs. I'm not entirely sure about small dogs though. Maybe with time and exposure I could get along with them. The kids I have interacted with have been okay. I just stand there and enjoy all the pets. I would rather not be an only dog/left alone, and I rather not be kenneled because I will be vocal the whole time. I do really well left out though. I need a home without cats, some basic obedience training, a house without shared walls, another dog friend to keep me company (does not need to be a grey), lots of cuddles/attention. I don’t always like to go potty on leash but it's something I'm working on and I've never had an accident in the house. And now that I've learned to go up stairs, I'm also working on learning how to safely go down them. Looking forward to finding my forever family! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, meet Stacy! Stacy is an incredibly friendly and playful companion, getting along splendidly with both humans and pets. While she does have a bit of a prey drive when the cats start running, she merely paws or sniffs them once she catches up. In the house, she mostly ignores the cats, demonstrating her easygoing nature. However, Stacy's interest in free-range chickens, squirrels, and rabbits suggests she might chase them if not contained by a fence or leash. Potty training is a work in progress, but she's showing improvement. I believe she'd master it quickly if she were the only pet still learning the ropes. Stacy's high energy level means she loves to play, but she also cherishes snuggling with a human or a furry friend during her rest time. She's very social and always wants to be in the middle of the action. Like all puppies, Stacy has a penchant for chewing, often targeting kids' toys and socks. It's typical puppy behavior, and with continued training she'll learn what is appropriate for chewing on. Stacy truly is a sweetheart. She'd thrive best in an active family with children and another dog to play with, ensuring she gets all the love and activity she craves. Stacy is from Texas.  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
