Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.FULL OF ENERGY!Tommy Tippy Toes was born 5/10/2012.  He appears to be a Havana/Siamese Mix.  He has long legs, long body, and a Havana Face.  His personality is absolutely hilarious!  We also call him "Surprised Cat" because the look in his eyes seems to always be of "surprise"!  This boy has two speeds.  He is either so full on energy or plain layed out!  He loves to climb, drink out of the faucet and play with the "ball in the round" toy. Our vets think he looks egyptian/oriental but from what we have researched he really looks like the Havana Brown.  Not all Havana Brown's are brown, some are black.  He has the same structural build as the Havana Brown with the long, thick legs, long body, and long face with large green eyes.  He is special needs and requires Allergy Antigen Injections every 21 days due to severe allergies.  He must also be kept in a clean dust free environment. Tommy Tippy Toes also has attitude and is only okay in your lap when he wants to jump into it.  If you try and force him - you will get bitten. *Thank you Galye R. for sponsoring Tommy Tippy Toes while he waits to be adopted. Story
Introducing.... Hopalong! This sweet boy was most likely hit by a car based on x-rays taken by a vet. His left femur was broken at both ends and completely turned sideways and his knee was not where it should be at all. We were notified about this sweet boy when a plea went out about him from a local county shelter. Basically, his leg was not attached to his pelvis like it should be and was just dangling. He recently had the bad leg amputated and he is learning all about life as a tripod! He is about 6 months old. He was really struggling on the streets, considering he was four pounds when impounded, not only injured but absolutely covered in fleas. Guess who is really loving being in a loving foster home with tons of love and food? This guy! He is really, really sweet and also loves to play - he is a treasure that you will want to meet! His favorite place to lay is cuddled up with his people or safe and sound between the older dogs in his foster home. This is one HUGE cuddler! May 20, 2024, 7:01 pm

Story
Elixir was rescued from a high volume shelter in October of 2022. He was adopted quickly because he is a total ham but returned several months later. The problem? He can be a little over the top- in everything. He is one of the most affectionate cats you will ever meet, however, his zest for life carries over in all things. He can get a little too amped up when playing and can play way too rough with other kitties. He is also easily over stimulated and can bite at times. Because he is so amazingly sweet though, we took him to the vet to see if meds would help - guess what! They do! He is now settled back into foster care and doing very well. He can still get a bit too over the top with affection or play and nip. He really must go to a very experienced cat person. As an only pet he would likely flourish. He just needs a very specific type of home and he will make someone so happy! He is absolutely gorgeous and healthy. He is also well behaved and doesn't make a mess at all. It is pretty easy to clip his nails and he uses his scratching post like a champ. Let us know if he might fit into your life!May 20, 2024, 7:01 pm
