Story
Meet This Little Survivor 🤍 At just 6 months old, this stunning white Siamese girl named Taub, already has a story of strength and resilience. She was found as a tiny kitten in a dumpster at Ben Taub Hospital alongside her three littermates—cold, scared, and fighting to survive. Thanks to dedicated care and lots of love, she’s come a long way from that difficult beginning. Now safe and thriving, she’s discovering what it means to be a kitten—playing, exploring, and learning to trust the world around her. And what a sweetheart she’s become—she absolutely loves to be held and will happily cuddle right up on your neck, purring the whole time like a little motor. She’s truly a “purr machine”! She may still be a little sensitive at times, but underneath it all is a loving, affectionate girl who just wants to feel safe and adored. With patience and kindness, she’ll grow into an incredibly devoted companion. This brave little girl is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter with her forever home.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Cauliflower was pulled out of a high-volume municipal animal shelter in Galveston, Texas by her foster mom when she was just a neonatal kitten. She was failing to thrive and on deaths door. Her amazing foster mom, Jen, nursed her back to health. As Cauliflower grew, she continued to have G.I. issues. Jen worked with the shelter vets to figure out what was going on, but no treatment was working. Lifeline of Galveston County is a non-profit animal rescue that works closely with shelters in Galveston County. We are on a mission to help every shelter in our county reach no-kill status. We worked with Cauliflower's foster Jen to pull her into our rescue when she was about 3 months old. We worked with a vet to do further testing on Cauliflower, and learned she had mega-colon, which is a chronic condition that occurs most often in cats and is basically a mega-sized, stretched-out, weakened colon. We worked with the vet and got Cauliflower on multiple medications to try to manage the condition. She is required to take these medications daily, and will likely have to continue to take them daily for many years. The vet is currently monitoring Cauliflowers condition, which requires x-rays almost every 2 weeks. Adult cats would generally receive surgery to cut out the stretched out part of the colon. This is a very intense surgery, and we (Lifeline & Cauliflowers vet) really don't want to have to put a 3 month old kitten through it. For this reason, the plan is to continue to manage and monitor Cauliflowers condition through medication and periodic x-rays. Hopefully she can make it to 2 or 3 years of age before surgery is required. We are working to find Cauliflower a special needs rescue, but will continue to provide her care until one can be found. Cauliflowers case is incredibly costly with multiple daily medications, special food & regular X-rays already costing us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Her eventual surgery will cost thousands of dollars. Cauliflower is an incredible kitten with a beautiful personality. She is and always has been a fighter. We will fight with her! We hope you will too! Donate to Cauliflowers Care: https://cuddly.com/donate/4910391/cauliflower

Story
Cookie is a beautiful Tortie-point Siamese cat with brilliant blue eyes. She is a highly expressive and sensitive cat and will make a very attentive and interactive pet for the right person. She is not the one to just be a couch potato, though she certainly likes her cat naps, but she loves to zip about, chatter at you about what she is doing, giving little cat comments, sometimes in chirps and quick little cat "meow-arks" and then dashes off. Lexi is very gentle and never uses her claws, loves to roll around on her back and if she sees you petting your other pet, she will be the first to run over and make sure she gets some of that love too! Cookie is a walking bundle of feelings just ask her about cat carriers (actually, don't). Sure, she turns into a furry little ball of nerves inside one, but set her free and she's all purrs and affection. Honestly if you're looking for a top-tier emotional support animal, she would ace that role. Cookie is a beautiful feline princess who needs her forever home, a former apartment stray, She is the cat you will absolutely love in your home if you enjoy the interactive Siamese cat!All cats/kittens are spay/neutered, fully vaccinated, treated for any parasites, tested for Feline Leukemia and FiV and receive a microchip with a lifetime of free registration. www.missionforpaws.org/application

Story
This cat was from Second Chance Pets. People were afraid of him because his nose is split in half (half white, half Chocolate). He does have a few features of a Siamese, and very beautiful blue eyes.
