Morpheus is a 6 month old, 8.5 lb sweet, thoughtful little Havanese puppy who seems to understand the world more than most dogs his age. He may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him a moment and you’ll see his personality come through gentle, loving, and very people oriented. He’s a smart puppy who’s already off to a great start with his training. Morpheus is crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is doing very well with potty training when taken out every 2–3 hours. He’s eager to learn and clearly enjoys figuring things out. Morpheus loves playtime and does great with other dogs. He’s also wonderful with kids and really enjoys being around people. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be part of whatever his family is doing. Like his namesake, Morpheus has a calm, wise presence… but don’t worry, this one isn’t here to lecture you about reality. He’s just here to offer cuddles, companionship, and maybe gently guide you toward choosing to “adopt the puppy”. If you’re looking for a loving, easygoing little dog who will quickly become your loyal sidekick, Morpheus might be the one for you. You must live in METRO ATLANTA to adopt him. Meet Clooney, a 4 month old Havanese puppy who already knows he’s handsome and is absolutely not sorry about it. At just 7 pounds, this little guy is pure charm and lives up to his name. Yes, as in George Clooney. The resemblance is mostly in the heartbreaker department. Clooney somehow manages to look like a movie star in every single photo and honestly doesn’t seem capable of taking a bad one. Clooney is sweet, playful, and loves being around people. He enjoys playtime but is just as happy curling up for cuddles. Fair warning though, if you cuddle him for more than about ten seconds there is a very real risk you will completely fall in love with him. It happens to everyone. He’s already doing great with his training. Clooney is crate trained, will walk on a leash to go outside for potty breaks, and is doing very well with potty training when taken out every two to three hours. He’s a smart little guy who wants to please and is picking things up quickly. Clooney loves kids (6+ years old), enjoys playtime, and has the easygoing personality that makes him a wonderful companion. If you’re looking for a tiny best friend with movie star looks and a personality to match, Clooney might just be your guy. Just be prepared… this little heartbreaker tends to steal hearts wherever he goes. Clooney is fostered with other dogs and does well with them. Meet Gus!  Gus is a 16 yr old super senior Maltese who came to RMG after his mom had to be moved into memory care. Aside from having some apparent hearing loss, though, you would never know Gus is a whopping 16 yrs old! He’s extremely spry for his age and in great health. Gus’ previous family did report that he had had some life long anxiety issues, but he had also always been the only pet in the home. Ever since he joined RMG and has been in a foster home with other dogs and cats, we have seen absolutely zero signs of anxiety of any sort. This is one happy fella! So for that reason, we will be looking for a home with another dog for Gus - preferably another chill senior who would enjoy a companion to roam the yard with and then snuggle up for a nice nap. Even at 16 yrs old, we have no doubt that Gus still has a lot of life left to live! Interested in being a part of that amazing life? Brownie is eleven months old. We purchased Brownie and Dusty, his sibling also eleven months, from a family who breeds Havanese Puppies. My wife and I are both in our seventies and because of compromised health conditions, we can no longer effectively handle Brownie and Dusty. Our plan was to keep Brownie and Rehome Dusty thinking that we could continue to care for one puppy instead of two. However, we have decided to Rehome both and because they have always been together, we want to keep them together. Brownie and Dusty both are very lovable, attentive, smart, and playful. They love to take walks and run in the backyard. I posted information on and pictures of Dusty about a month ago with the intention of keeping Brownie. As explained above, we are now choosing to make BOTH Brownie and Dusty available.
