Meet This Sweet Little Gentleman named BRUNO!
Fostered in Mississauga
This handsome 18-month-old 12lb boy is a Bichon Havanese with lots of love to give and a playful personality that will keep you smiling! He’s a wonderful little companion who loves children and enjoys spending time with other dogs who match his energy level.
When it’s time to settle down for the night, he’s a flexible little guy! He’s happy sleeping in his crate, snuggled up in his own dog bed, or curled up in bed with his favourite humans. He’s also house-trained, making him a great candidate for a family looking for a loving companion.
He can be a little picky when it comes to mealtime, but with patience, consistency, and a little encouragement, he’s slowly getting into a more regular eating routine.
This boy has a big voice for a little dog! He likes to alert his people to what’s going on around him and can get quite vocal when he’s excited and playing. Because of his loud barking, he would do best in a house rather than an apartment or shared-wall living environment.
He would also benefit from some puppy classes and continued socialization with other dogs to help build his confidence, strengthen his manners, and set him up for success.
His ideal home: A loving family who will include him in their daily lives, provide plenty of playtime and companionship, and continue helping him learn and grow. A home with children and a friendly, similarly energetic canine companion could be a wonderful fit!
