Ace is a gentle soul with a soft heart and a quiet presence. This shy boy takes time to adjust to new environments and new faces, so he’ll thrive with a patient adopter who understands that trust is built slowly. When meeting Ace, it’s best to approach mindfully and let him set the pace — once he feels safe, his sweet personality truly shines. Ace weighs in at 14 pounds, and likely can gain a few. He is low energy and wonderfully mellow. We are still waiting for him to open up but we think he would love nothing more than leaning into his favorite person and curling up as a devoted little lap dog. He does well with other dogs but will need slow introductions and continued socialization to build his confidence. Ace would do best with dog-savvy children 13+ who can respect his need for space and gentle handling. He will also benefit from ongoing socialization with both people and dogs to help him blossom into his most confident self. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who will bond deeply and reward your patience with endless loyalty and cuddles, Ace may be your perfect match.

Are you looking for an adorable poodle? Jesse is an energetic, affectionate, playful and loving mini poodle who came to Jelly's Place from Mexico. If we had to summarize Jesse in one word it would be joyful. Jesse LOVES to go for walks, to roll around on the couch and get belly rubs. He likes playing with plushy toys and snuggling into his blanket or dog bed. He also loves chasing balls, the bigger the better. We think Jesse is a big dog is a small dog's body. Jesse is NOT a first time adopter dog. His ideal family would be a single person or couple with dog experience. Jesse would prefer to be the only animal in the family, but we don't think that is too much to ask. Jesse has so much love to give and will thrive in the right home! Jesse is UTD on vaccines, microchipped and neutered. Applications are being accepted and qualified applicants will be contacted. Half of Jesse's adoption fee is sponsored by a Jelly's volunteer.
