Story
Flopsy may be small, but his heart is mighty once you earn his trust. This 5ish-year-old, 15-lb sweetheart starts off a little shy, quietly watching the world from a safe distance. Give him a little time and patience, though, and you’ll see his whole face light up when he realizes you’re one of the good ones. That’s when the wiggles begin — full-body, tail-wagging joy that makes your heart melt.
Flopsy is sweet and affectionate with those he knows, though he’s a bit shy when meeting new people. He’s still figuring out that the big outside world isn’t as scary as it seems, and he’d love a calm, quiet home where he can relax and feel safe. A fenced yard would be ideal for his bursts of zoomies — because while he’s shy, he also has his moments of pure, chaotic puppy energy that will make you laugh out loud.
He’s fine with the resident cat and dog and would do well with a confident canine buddy to show him the ropes, though he’d also be content as your one and only.
Flopsy doesn’t need much — just someone who understands that the best relationships are built on trust, love, and a little time. The adoption fee for this dog is $425 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter.
