Story
Looks like: Husky Male, 8 years old (estimated), 50 pounds Malcolm (or Mac as his friends call him) is a stunning Husky boy with soulful eyes and a sensitive, thoughtful nature. He's 'not your average Husky'! This darling boy doesn't seem to know his size or breed description as he is a total lap dog and as quiet as they come! He thrives in calm, predictable environments and is described by those who know him as a 'love sponge'! He's ready to soak in all of the love you have to give him! Malcolm is looking for a dog savvy home without other large breeds around. He does best with smaller dogs or would shine as the only dog in the home. He's a smart boy, loves treats, and is eager to please which makes this boy the perfect candidate for some future training with his next family. Malcolm would prefer a home without kitties as he does like to chase them. Mac joined the POMDR pack from a local shelter after he was removed from concerning conditions in the home.

Story
Looks like: Siberian Husky Male, 8 years old (estimated), 80 pounds Handsome Hatchi the Husky is looking for his forever home. Could it be yours? This well-mannered fellow enjoys walks, romps with other pups, and spending time with his people. He is a good boy with adults and children, minding his manners for every meeting. He is a gentleman with other dogs and does not mind the presence of kitties, giving a polite sniff and then moving along. He especially loves giving kisses to people! Hatchi also does not seem to be anxious about being home without his people, but he sure is happy when they return, joyfully greeting them and showing his affection with his Husky song! He also enjoys riding in the car and makes sure to stick his head out the window to get the full experience! Hatchi is a typical Husky in that he will need a securely fenced yard and will benefit from daily walks or trips to the dog park to get that playful energy out and allow him to safely explore. His ideal day might look something like a car ride to a fun hiking or walking adventure, followed by curling up on a soft blanket and settling in for the evening with his family. This sweet boy came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after being surrendered by his guardian. He was adopted and loved for a few years, but his adopter ultimately found that his intensive work schedule was not fair to Hatchi. Hatchi now continues his journey to find his loving forever home.

Bella is a 4-year-old Catahoula & Husky mix with a sweet, loving personality. She is very energetic and thrives in an active home with plenty of space to run and play. Bella loves being around people and does best with someone who is home most of the time, as she forms strong bonds and enjoys constant companionship. She is great with kids and is affectionate, playful, and loyal. Bella would be a wonderful match for an active individual or family with a yard or access to open space who can give her the time, exercise, and love she deserves.

Story
Hi - I'm Luna - I like long walks on the beach and love car rides. I enjoy being chased on the beach (but I'm super fast - no one can catch me:)). I turned 1 year old in July. I am very well behaved - especially if there is a treat involved. My current owners rescued me from Hitchcock in December, 2024. Now I'm looking for my Fur-Ever home.

Story
Meet Miss Dottie: Your New Best Friend! 3 year old spayed female Hello there, my name is Miss Dottie! I'm a sweet and quiet 3-year-old Siberian Husky with a stunning black and white coat and beautiful, deep blue eyes. My face even has a few cute dots! I'm a very friendly, loyal, and playful girl who gets along wonderfully with humans and other dogs my size. I love getting outdoors and am a pro at hiking different trails and going on camping trips. I'm also great on walks and very easy to train, so we can learn all sorts of new things together. I am crate-trained, house-trained, and leash-trained. I'm good with children and medium to large dogs, but I prefer a home without small dogs or cats. When our adventures are done for the day, there's nothing I love more than snuggling up with you to watch a movie. I'm looking for a loving home that will take care of me and love me forever. If you think we'd be a perfect match, let's schedule a meet and greet so I can show you just how sweet I am!   Adoption Information   About Me: Spayed Female  House Trained, Crate Trained, & Leash Trained Great with Children Some Basic Training Good with Medium and Large Dogs Microchipped Up to date on all Vaccinations, Flea & Tick Treatment, and heartworm prevention Interested in Meeting Me?
