Story
Prepare yourself to fall head over heels for Oso, a magnificent, roughly two-year-old Siberian Husky who manages to be both a strapping athlete and the world's most gentle giant. This handsome boy is a snow-white and red marshmallow of pure affection, possessing a heart so big it barely fits in his chest. Don't let his stunning, slightly wolfish good looks fool you; his true calling is the art of the "dramatic flop." The moment he senses a lull in the action, Oso will execute a perfect, four-paws-up, full-body surrender, making it abundantly clear that his preferred currency is a good, long belly rub, with premium treats accepted as generous tips for his services. While he's a sweetheart, he is a Husky—strong, spirited, and ready for adventure! He'd absolutely love to fulfill his ancestral destiny and put that impressive muscle to work, perhaps by pulling a sled or just giving your jogging routine a significant upgrade. Oso and all his fabulous friends are currently seeking their forever homes at 13391 Garner Lane in Chico, CA. Rest assured, every furry face at our shelter, including the mighty Oso, is fully up-to-date on all vaccines and preventatives, and all our wonderful animals are spayed or neutered so you can focus entirely on endless adventures and belly rubs.

Story
You absolutely have to meet Pumpkin Spice, the third of this adorable litter! He's a sweet, fluffy blend of his siblings, sporting a Husky mix coat that's primarily a warm, cuddly tan with splashes of cream and white—a perfect name for his soft, autumnal colors. At 15 weeks old, Pumpkin Spice has the most endearing personality: he's the quintessential middle-ground pup. While he's not as instantly boisterous as Earl Grey, he isn't shy like Latte; instead, he approaches every new situation with a happy-go-lucky confidence and a gentle, enthusiastic tail wag. He loves a good cuddle session and will often melt into your lap for scratches, but he's also ready to spring up and join the fray the second a ball rolls by. If you're looking for an affectionate, well-balanced pup who brings both cuddles and playtime to the table, look no further! Pumpkin Spice will be available for adoption at 13391 Garner Lane, Chico, CA. All dogs that are adopted from Butte Humane Society come microchipped, spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, placed on preventions for heartworm, and flea and tick-borne illnesses. Come down to Butte Humane Society and meet your next family member today!

Story
Just look at that face! Paul is a beefy, beautiful Husky mix who’s full of charm. He loves being brushed, doted on, and admired (as he should be!). Paul walks wonderfully on leash and takes his yard patrol duties very seriously. Once he’s done sniffing around and taking in all the scents, he’s perfectly content to relax by your side and watch the world go by. Paul also has enjoyed play groups with other dogs at the shelter, so with proper introductions he is dog friendly. This animal is at the City of Chico Animal Shelter.
