Story
Angel is a sweet, elderly lady who found herself as a stray in a little rough shape. Angel was microchipped, but sadly her owner never came forward. Angel is 13 years old and weighs 36 pounds. She's slightly underweight, spayed, up to date on all vaccines and preventions and heartworm negative. Angel has severe arthritis, but that has been managed very well with prescription medications. She is fully vetted and has no other health issues. Angel is a little shy, but friendly and sweet. And like a typical husky, can be a bit chatty. She does well with other calm, quiet dogs Angel is looking for her forever home for the remainder of time that she has left. She still has some life left in her and deserves a home that will let her ride it out until the end. ****EMAIL ALL INQUIRIES DIRECTLY TO LOVETOTHERESCUEINC@GMAIL.COM ****

Story
I rescued Diva in 2019. She is a sassy girl. She was the best running partner I ever had. She loves to play, she needs to be walked, and talked to. She is not as vocal as most huskies. She loves to play with other dogs and would do well in a pack with other huskies or any breed that likes to play. She also wouldn’t mind being the “diva” of the house. We work a lot and she is left alone which is not fair as she requires a lot of social interaction and requires much physical exercise. We have 2 acres, but she needs purpose. She loves to go for runs, but walks will do. She is almost 10, but still acts like a puppy. Diva saved me and this decision is very difficult, I believe she needs an owner that has experience with strong minded breeds. She is the perfect dog when she get the interaction she needs. She is very emotional. If you have had a husky, you understand. She doesn’t like to be confined. If she gets bored she will act out.

Story
Mia was born December 20, 2024. A friend of mine from high school was fostering her mom. My friend was about to be homeless so we took in the last 2 puppies for her. We were hoping to keep them but they fight so much it’s dangerous. Mia is a lovable, sweet, and protective dog. She loves to cuddle. She loves belly rubs, and lots of attention. It breaks my heart we have to find a new home for her. It is not safe, or fair for either dog for us to keep her. She can be very hyper since they have been kept in small room/create to keep the dogs safe, and separate. She does jump a lot in case you have litter ones. Just wanted to give you a warning She has been around cats when she was first born and was ok with them. She is good with my moms dog, but not with our other dog.Adoption fee to make sure goes to safe and loving home, and transfer microchip. I am hoping whoever adopts her will let us keep in touch because it is really breaking my heart. To have to give her up.
