Story
I have cared for koda for over 4 years. He is an amazing dog with a wonderful personality. He is very friendly, loves people, and absolutely thrives on attention. He gets along great with other dogs and enjoys being around both humans and canine companions. This is not an easy decision for me. He has been a huge part of my life, and my only goal is to find him a safe, loving home where he'll be cared for, exercised, and given the attention he deserves.

Story
Chassie is an older husky with some arthritis, but her spirit remains spunky and full of life. Her previous owners tried to end her life when they no longer wanted her, but she was saved just in time and is now safe with a foster family, doing well and ready for a permanent home. With the help of joint supplements, she enjoys long morning and evening walks where she can sniff and explore, as well as relaxing in the backyard and napping comfortably around the house. She is very smart and knows commands like sit, give paw, and wait, though like many huskies, she decides when she feels like performing. What she always offers freely is her affection—she greets people with a wagging tail and cheerful vocalizations. Chassie would do best as the only pet in the home, where she can have all of the attention, cuddles, and love to herself. She is affectionate on her own terms, a bit goofy and independent, and has plenty of personality. She likes people and has a lot of warmth to share. After surviving such a difficult experience, Chassie deserves a family who will value her and give her a peaceful, loving home for the rest of her days. She would be a good companion for someone who appreciates her unique character and can provide the right environment for her to continue enjoying life. ##1558862##

Story
Aragon is a 5–7 year old Husky with striking multicolored eyes and a calm, gentle nature. His previous owner could no longer care for him, and he was very close to being euthanized when a volunteer in Puerto Rico stepped in and saved him. He is now safe in a foster home in the Tampa Bay area, doing well and ready to find a permanent home. He is a quiet, affectionate dog with a slightly goofy side and an easygoing temperament. Aragon enjoys being near his people, has a very soothing presence, and is content with lounging, light play, and quiet companionship. He lives peacefully with both dogs and cats in his foster home and would be a nice fit for a multi-pet household. Aragon would be a good match for someone looking for a loyal, lower-key companion who is happy to simply be part of daily life—whether that’s relaxing on the couch, keeping you company while you work, or going for calm, enjoyable walks. After already getting a second chance at life, he is ready for a home that will offer him steady love and security. ##2434627##

Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi, I’m Linus 🐾 💚 I’m a 1-year-old Husky mix with a sweet, energetic personality and a lot of love to give. I’m looking for a forever foster — a calm, patient human to call my own. I’d do best in an adults-only home with a fenced backyard where I can safely run, play, and burn off my energy. Walks are one of my favorite things, and I love exploring with my person! I’m crate trained, potty trained, and house trained, so I know my manners indoors. I have a gentle, loving demeanor, but I’m sensitive around new people, so I need someone who will respect my boundaries and give me space when I ask for it. I’m a really easy dog to care for and very low-maintenance in the home. I do enjoy being around my person and get excited to see you, but I’m not much of a cuddle bug—and that’s just part of who I am. I’ll come say hi, stay close for a bit, then happily do my own thing. I’m the kind of dog who loves having a home and a person, just not necessarily being on top of you all the time 🤣🥰 That also means I handle alone time really well—I’m not prone to separation anxiety or barking all day if you’re away, which makes me a great fit for someone with a routine or work schedule. I thrive with patience, love, and consistent training. I need a dedicated human who will guide me, challenge me, and build a strong bond with me — I promise, I’ll reward your time with loyalty, affection, and plenty of tail wags. ✨ My ideal home: • A calm, adults-only household • A fenced yard for safe play and exploration • Only dog in the home • Someone patient who understands I may show love in quieter ways • A person who wants a companion—not necessarily a constant cuddle buddy From my foster 💬 “He’s very sweet and easy to care for. He may not be super snuggly, but he does show excitement and affection in his own way. He’s independent, low-maintenance, and just needs someone willing to understand him and give him a chance.” If you’re looking for a loyal, independent companion who will happily share your space and your life… I might be your perfect match 💚 Adoption FEE: $0 which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. LINUS HAS A HUMAN BITE RECORD. A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption. TO ADOPT, APPLY ONLINE: www.mercyfullprojects.org PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to supply all known information about each animal in their profile. If you have additional questions, you may send an inquiry email to adopt@mercyfullprojects.org to be answered at our earliest convenience. All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. Story
We adopted our sweet girl from a rescue shelter when she was a puppy, and she has been a loving part of our family ever since. She is kind, gentle, playful, and wonderfully silly. She absolutely adores our two young children (ages 3 and 5) and always seems to know when they want to run around excitedly or just cuddle calmly. She loves long walks, is fully outdoor trained, and has excellent recall. She will happily come back with a simple whistle. One of her favorite things is sitting outside in the sunshine. She also loves human food and will always try to look extra cute for a little bite. At night, she sleeps happily in her crate. This has been a very difficult decision for us. We recently moved from Colorado to Florida and no longer have the outdoor space she loves so much. We simply want to find her a family home with a yard, lots of love, and the good life she deserves. She is wonderful with people, loves other dogs, and is truly a sweet, happy girl. Will supply crates, toys, food!

Story
Boomer is a majestic 8-year-old Alaskan Malamute with a big heart and an even bigger personality. True to his breed, he is a "talker" who loves to communicate with expressive howls and "woo-woos" to tell you about his day. While he is a loyal and calm companion who enjoys his naps, he has recently experienced some transition anxiety due to a move, which has led to some potty accidents in his crate. We are looking for an experienced owner who understands the Malamute temperament and can provide a patient, consistent routine to help him feel secure again. Boomer deserves a home where his vocal nature is celebrated and where he can enjoy his senior years with a family that values a devoted, fluffy best friend.
