I’m a very loving, sweet girl who truly doesn’t have a mean bone in my body. I love my humans and always want to be right by their side. I’m loyal, eager to please, and very intelligent, which means I’m still learning commands and improving my leash skills every day. I have a lot of energy and would do best in a home that can provide regular exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation. A fenced backyard is a must for me because I enjoy spending time outside. I do have a tendency to dig, and my foster family is actively working with me to learn that digging is not okay. I’m a quick learner and do best with patient, consistent guidance. I am good with big dogs and would love to have a dog sibling. I do well with kids of all ages and enjoy being part of a family. I am crate trained, potty trained, and leash trained, though I am still working on walking politely on leash. I can be a little nervous at times and may try to escape if given the opportunity, but I don’t run away and will come right back. My humans are my safe place. I am also learning what cats are and am very curious, but not aggressive toward them. My ideal home would be an active family with a fenced yard who is willing to continue working on my training and help me feel comfortable being calm when my humans are not right next to me. Having another dog in the home and children would be a big plus.
