Story
Ronnie is a beautiful Shepherd mix with a smart mind and a loving heart. Around 4 years old, she can be a little shy when meeting new people or experiencing new surroundings, so she is looking for someone patient who will give her the time she needs to feel safe and comfortable. Ronnie is very observant and aware of her environment, but she has made incredible progress during her time at the shelter. She is learning to walk nicely on a leash, enjoys showing off how pretty she can sit, and continues to gain confidence every day. Because Ronnie can be cautious at first, she would do best with someone willing to help guide her and continue her training and socialization. Once she trusts you, her sweet and loyal personality truly shines.

Story
Audrey has been through SO MUCH but still loves pets (and treats) from people she trusts. Her fur is amazingly soft. Despite her sugared face, we really don't know how old she is - she had a litter over the winter; her eyes are clear & bright; teeth are worn but mostly white; she's very upbeat. She's missing a chunk of her nose and been shot at least once with a BB gun. When she was first rescued, she was found sharing 17 puppies with 2 other mommas - who knows how many puppies she's birthed/raised in the wild. Despite this, she greets everyone with a tail wag (although from a distance), tippy tap dances when you talk sweet to her, likes pets/cuddles from people she knows, and wants to be near the family. She is super thrilled to be an indoor dog and has become a bit prissy about mud or wet grass. She is ALL about mealtime. Now that she's finally feeling good, shes being more goofy and even gets the zoomies She's defensive with new dogs until she knows they aren't going to hurt her - then she becomes good friends with them. She loves older kids. She is smart and knows what a lot of words mean, but weirdly "sit" has been difficult. Overall, she is a very sweet & polite lady that is looking for a loving & understanding furever family.

Story
Meet Berlin—the happiest dog you’ll ever meet! 🐾 Berlin is pure joy wrapped in a very handsome, fluffy package. He loves everyone he meets, both people and dogs, and is always ready to play, chase a ball or enthusiastically destroy a stuffed toy. He’s funny, goofy and guaranteed to keep his family laughing. Berlin is also a lovable little thief. Shoes, bras, remotes—nothing is off-limits if he thinks he can sneak away with it. He once even attempted to swipe a bag of Doritos straight from someone’s hand! When Berlin wants attention or an invitation to play, he may give you—or another dog—a playful slap. He’s also very vocal when he feels left out, so he’ll make sure you never forget to include him in the fun. As a husky, Berlin is a heavy shedder, so his ideal family won’t mind a little extra fluff around the house. He can also be pushy with cats. He respects cats that confidently stand their ground, but he may chase a timid cat that runs. A home without cats or with confident, dog-savvy cats would likely be the best fit. Berlin may have a few mischievous habits, but they’re all part of his big, hilarious personality. In the right home, this happy, affectionate goofball is going to become someone’s very best friend. ❤️
