There is no telling how many puppies she birthed and/or raised in her life and we are happy to tell her there will be no more and she will have comfort & safety for the rest of her days. ❤️ Audrey is a sweet girl that is a little hesitant to trust, but likes existing around people & other dogs. Are you the one to show Audrey what family & love really is? Audrey finishes her heartworm treatment at the end of March and will be available to go to her furever home then.

Meet Della, a beautiful 4 year old husky pit bull mix who is patiently waiting for her fresh start this spring. 💛 While she can be a bit shy at first, Della truly shines with a gentle, understanding approach. Once she feels comfortable, she reveals her affectionate, cuddly nature and love for outdoor adventures and belly rubs. Della would thrive with a dog-savvy adopter who can provide the guidance, patience, and active lifestyle she needs to continue building confidence. She is best suited for an adult-only home where she can be the only pet, allowing her to fully relax and form a strong bond with her person. Della’s story is especially meaningful to our shelter. She was deeply loved by longtime volunteer Brian T. Parkinson, who dedicated years to caring for our dogs. As shared in his obituary, “In keeping with his compassionate spirit, Brian’s final wish was to see Della, his favorite shelter dog, find a loving home.” Since his passing in May 2025, Della continues to wait for that special someone. This spring, we hope to honor Brian’s memory by helping Della find the loving home he wished for her. She has not been around kids, so she needs some training. She will sit so pretty, but hasn't graduated to going on walks yet. She is super aware of her surroundings so anything different she has to get used to. She has made a lot of progress and we have faith she will make someone a great partner.

Sebastian is a handsome Husky mix who found himself on death row after being owner-surrendered. He and his brother, Tristan, have been in the same home since birth, about 3 years ago. He is the sweetest boy! He gets along with other dogs and is super polite on walks. He is a tail wagger for sure! He is unfortunately HW positive and is being treated at Happy Tails. Skyler is a one year old husky mix. This well behaved boy loves other dogs of all sizes, loves little kids, and is good with both men and women. We were told he was terrified of cats but he seems ok, just curious, with the cat in his foster home. He's doing good with potty training and will bark at the door to go outside (on day 1). As long as you’re paying attention, he will not potty in the house, but if you’re slacking he could have an accident. Skyler loves to be pet and to lay ON you, lol. He rides beautifully in the car. He is good on a leash. He knows some commands. He would thrive with a fenced yard to run in. Skyler's foster family says HE IS PERFECT in every way!! He’s going to make someone really happy!!
