Story
We have a 4 year old male husky named Arlo. Arlo is a sweet boy who loves being active and snuggling at night. He is hilarious, and will certainly make you laugh! Arlo has struggled with anxiety that has worsened with our family growing and adding two children to the mix. Arlo has had two instances where he was surprised by our toddlers actions and nipped as a quick reaction. Though we don’t think his behavior is malicious, we recognize that this may no longer be the best environment for him or for our kiddos. Arlo is good with older or calm dogs but struggles if dogs have energy that he perceives as a threat. If you or anyone you know are looking for an amazing dog, where you can provide a calm home without young children, we would love to connect with you. We are on the east side of the state of Michigan near Hartland/Brighton. This is incredibly tough but we are optimistic that there is an amazing family out there who can provide him a special home. Thank you!

Story
A is for all the affection I have to give V is for my vivacious nature E is for easing into new friendships R is for my refreshing outlook on life I is for the incredible adventures we will have together E is for my enthusiasm in everything I do! I hear people-pleasing is supposed to be exhausting....but not for me! Being the young little lady that I am, my potential is as high as your dedication! It is very satisfying to utilize this beautiful brain I have, to make my friends (and my future family) happy. I won't lie to you; I am still growing out of some "puppy habits" (mouthing when I am overly excited) but rest assured, positive redirection and consistency will make for a quick remedy. Because I am still learning my size and appropriate play behavior, I might be best suited for older children that have a sturdy stance. Who needs a television when you could have me to keep you entertained! My enthusiasm is expressed in such a dorky way. I like to zoom around and try my best to impersonate a professional contortionist by folding over like a pretzel with my behind in the air! I am really excited to play with other dogs too, its a great way to let my antics out before we hunker down in bed for the night. Don't wait too long, if you like it....then you should put a collar on it. Take the first steps by submitting your adoption application to the website below! DOB: 2/12/2021 For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas. Please fill out our online adoption survey at www.mackenzies.info/adopt/adoption-survey-application/

Story
🐟🐟🐟 ADOPT ME 🐟🐟🐟 Say hello to Finn!! This sweet 10 year old mixed breed is looking for a forever home to match his mellow, affectionate vibe. We’re not quite sure what breeds make up Finn’s handsome face, but we do know he’s about 40 pounds of pure charm. Finn is the ultimate companion, he is happy to match your energy. Whether that’s joining you for a walk after work, keeping you company while you work from home, or being your sidekick during retirement. He enjoys quiet naps by your side or gazing peacefully out the window. Though he’s a senior, Finn still gets bursts of energy! He’s always up for a walk or a game of fetch. He’s the perfect mix of independent and affectionate. Key facts about our pal Finn: 🎣 No kids - Finn was not a fan of a family’s young child so we’ve opted no children for him. 🎣 He is blind in his left eye. We have had it evaluated and is just due to age. 🎣 Social with other dogs, but does not like his personal space invaded. 🎣 Prey drive - Cats would not be a good fit for this guy. Overall Finn is a great catch! He is friendly, loyal, and waiting to meet you!! If you’re interested in adopting Finn, you can apply for adoption through our website or email us for an application: 💧www.canineliberationleague.com 💧canineliberationleague@gmail.com Finn is current on all vaccines including Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, Bordetella, also has been fecal & heartworm tested. He is neutered and microchipped as well. His eye has been examined and causes no issues. 📍Location - South Lyon, MI PLEASE SHARE TO HELP FINN FIND A HOME🏠

Story
Bella is a 7 year old energetic husky who loves being part of the group. She is an only dog in the house at the moment but has lived with up to two others (lab/retriever mix and pitty mix) in the past and has gotten along great. She typically gets exercise with daily walks around the neighborhood and free roam in the back fenced in yard. She enjoys “talking” to you when she’s excited or wanting to play. Her crate is her safe spot and she is happy to spend time in it when we leave the house for errands but wants to be out and part of the activities as soon as we return home. I have raised Bella since she was an 8 week puppy and I love her so but we recently added a second young child to the family and she does not get the attention she once received. This isn’t something I ever thought I’d be writing up but I truly want what’s best for her and get the attention I can’t give her right now.
