Story
Remmy is a handsome husky mix puppy ready to find his forever home! This sweet and loving boy has stunning blue eyes that will melt your heart. LISTED PREVIOUSLY, we decided it was only right to WAIT for his neuter at 6 months before adopting out! At just a few months old, Remmy is full of playful energy and loves to explore. He's been neutered, is up to date on his shots, and is ready to start his new life with you. Remmy would thrive in a home with an active family who can keep up with his curious nature and provide plenty of playtime and snuggles. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a spirited personality and beautiful looks to match, Remmy is the perfect pup for you!

Story
Avy is a sweet loving girl who just needs the right guidance to really flourish. She loves car rides and walks but does need some more training on commands. She is very eager to learn new things and very food motivated. She is 6 years old and full of typical husky energy. She would be best as a only pet due to some dominance issues around food and other dogs. She loves other dogs its just when it comes to food she has issues with other dogs with. She is okay with cats but is more of nuisance of wanting to play with them, she's never been around a kitten so unsure of how she would react. She loves to snuggle and get belly rubs and she really is a sweet dog who loves everyone she just needs someone to match her energy :)

Story
Loki`s owners are looking for a new home for him and have provided this information:Loki (yes name after the marvel show) is a Husky with a strong personality and loves to greet you with a special howl. He is chill but can be a bit energetic when he gets excited about the things he loves, like going outside to run around in the yard, treats or a brand new toy. We adopted Loki when he was 1 year old with heartworms (which has since been treated and cured). We don`t know much about his background but we believe he didn`t have the best one. Loki can be a bit sassy when he wants but also loving when he needs to be. He did start off with behavioral problems in the beginning for example, escaping his crate and breaking in the process but has been corrected since. He has come a long way and just needs a loving home with an experienced owner who has the time and patience for him. Ps. Fun fact Loki has Heterochromia ( one blue eye and the other brown)Diet: His stomach doesn’t handle chicken well, so we stopped feeding it to him once we realized it started to upset his stomach. Our favorite to feed him is the Costco or Meijer brand of salmon or turkey. weight: about 60 poundsgood with dogs: YEScats: UNKNOWNkids: UNKOWNhouse-trained: YESspecial needs: NOexperienced adopter: YESfenced yard needed: YESLoki~born~11/18/19_____Standard and Special Breed adoption fees includes age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test, spay/neuter and microchip! Please use these links for our:Online Adoption Application: paawarren.org/adopt/adoption-application-formWebsite for details, info: paawarren.org***PAAW’s Cat Café is now open in Farmington Hills! Story
This sweet old gentleman has had a rough go of things. After years of neglect, he’s finally safe and loved — and now he’s ready for the happy ending he’s always deserved. Despite everything he’s been through, his gentle eyes still sparkle with kindness, and his heart is full of love to give. He may be a senior, but don’t tell him that! He still enjoys short walks, cozy naps, and a good brushing session. What he really dreams of now is a retirement home where he can be spoiled silly — a soft bed, tasty meals, and someone to tell him every day what a good boy he is. This resilient Husky has spent too long without comfort or care, and he’s more than ready to spend the rest of his life surrounded by warmth, love, and peace. If you’ve got room in your heart (and your home) for a loyal, grateful companion, this wonderful old soul is waiting just for you. We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support. November 30, 2025, 8:37 pm
