Meet Maverick! 🐾Maverick has spent the last 8 weeks in Pawsitive Futures a training program! Maverick has learned tons of commands and skills, he is such a well rounded and playful guy! Maverick is a Husky that is around 4.5 years old and weighs around 50 pounds! Maverick is a fairly easy going Husky, but does love to make sure he is heard! Maverick loves to play with toys, and would request endless amounts of them at his new home! Maverick is housebroken and is good with kids, but will need a home without cats. Maverick is good with the other dogs, we do require a dog intro with any future k-9 siblings to make sure everyone gets along! Maverick is up to date on his vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, heartworm tested negative, microchipped & neutered! ✔️Maverick has completed training and is able to be adopted at anytime! Zuki is a great dog who found himself needing a new home when his people had to be moved into assisted living. He's very smart and his people put him through obedience class so he knows all basic commands plus some!! Zuki LOVES people. All people. He is very big, and could knock over small children, something to keep in mind. He loves car rides, walks, and to be with his people. He likes to follow you around and keep you in site when he can. He does have a bit of an issue with his food, so if he's with another dog, separate feeding would be needed. All in all, Zuki is a dream dog. Just waiting for his perfect family to find him!!

Lawrence has participated in our dog playgroups and has shown us that he prefers calmer, lower-energy dog friends. He's a little selective about who he spends his time with—and that's perfectly okay! Just like people, not every dog has to be everyone's best friend. He's also perfectly content entertaining himself and doing his own thing. This smart, playful guy would love an owner who enjoys staying active and can provide him with enrichment, training, and fun adventures. This is Mila. She’s a pit/husky mix I rescued a couple years ago. She’s amazing with kids, loves to cuddle and play. She also gave birth to 8 puppies 1.5 months ago 🥺🫣 she was knocked up by the yellow lab next door. The rescue would be for Mila and the 8 puppies (until they’re 8 weeks and ready to go!) unfortunately, I have 4 kids and a busy neighborhood. We had a e collar (fencing) that died and she went after my neighbor. This isn’t like her… I think it’s too stressful for her here, and we’ve tried so many steps to help alleviate it. She’s anxious and trying to protect her puppies. She did break skin on my neighbor, but again unlike Mila. I have no choice and I’m hoping someone with a quieter home could take her on? 😭 I’ve run out of options at this point. I’m sorry to have to post this. She’s been our family dog for 3 years.im happy to send puppy pics too
