Story
Daisy is 4 years old. She is very active. She is good with other dogs and kids. She is friendly and loves to play tug of war. Daisy would fit better in a home with a backyard that has fences as she liked to escape from times to times. She loves the cold weather and a good walk.

Story
We got Sasha from the Nebraska Humane Society almost 6 years ago. She is extremely loving and loves attention. Sasha gets along great with everyone and just about every animal. She has not been introduced to cats, but I don't think she would mind. She enjoys a lot of activity as her breed calls for it. LOVES the snow! She can be mischievous when left alone for too long too often. We would love for someone who lives an active life or has a fenced yard for her to play in to adopt her. She is great with children, and often thinks she is a lap dog. If you are ok with her jumping into your lap, you will enjoy her. Cuddles and attention all day is what she craves. Although she does not mind other dogs at all. She is the sweetest girl. Unfortunately, between our health issues recently acting up and our schedules - we cannot give her what she needs. She deserves all the love and attention you have to offer. Truly a sweet dog.

Story
Mako is a kind and loving 7 year-old dog. I rescued him in Texas in 2020. He loves interactions with other humans and is always looking for affection. He is a stranger to no one. Mako is high energy due to his nature of him being a husky, but it can be managed with ample exercise. He loves going outside and could be outdoors all day if he wanted to. Since I've always lived in apartments, I walk him 3-4 times a day to relieve him of some of his energy. One in the morning and a few times in the afternoon after work and one evening walk to wind down. An ideal home for Mako would be a house/apartment with an enclosed area that he can roam around freely in.He is good with children although he hasn't been around humans much younger than 6-7 years old. He would thrive with an active owner that can meet his energy needs but he is also capable of living in a quiet home. He knows basic commands such as sit, shake, lay down. He is exceptionally well house-trained, potty-trained and crate trained.
