He’d also make an excellent hiking buddy, happily trotting alongside you on outdoor adventures. Churro is a big fan of treats and will gladly show off his sweet personality for a snack or two! We are looking for a forever home for this sweet boy. We have been fostering him for about a year and half, training him and teaching him what it looks like to be a family dog. We rescued him from being chained up outside all the time. He is so sweet and would do well in a home with other dogs or kids. I dont know how he would do with cats. We have a newborn baby and he does great with her as well as the toddlers. He is kennel trained and does basic commands as well as comes when called. He is still learning the leash... he gets really excited when he gets to go on walks so he pulls some, but he does calm down after a little while. He needs a home with a little more one on one time than we can give him so we are hoping to find the next loving home for him to go to. Please message me with any questions or if you are interested.

Meet our gorgeous bi -eyed Remi your future quiet cuddle buddy. He is four months old and a mixed-breed sweetheart,. Our vet's best guess is a Husky/Lab mix. He’s shy at first but melts into a yawning, snoring marshmallow with a slow hello and a cozy lap. He will be a great companion for any family that will show him affection and give him time to warm up!  He adores other dogs and blossoms with confidence when he has his playful pals by his side. If you do not have another resident dog in the home, he will need to have canine friends to play with regularly and stay socialized.  Remi is also crate trained and he  loves his safe den! This sweet boy is working  hard on potty, as well. A fenced in yard would be ideal as he's a bit timid yet on leash but working on it! Remi would thrive in a patient, calm home with someone ready to celebrate small wins and give lots of gentle cuddles; a resident dog friend would be a dream match. This stunning boy will reward your patience with quiet devotion, warm snuggles, and the kind of trust that feels earned and unforgettable. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals.
