Story
Hi, I’m Lil Bit, a pretty little husky girl with bright eyes, a curly tail, and just enough pep to keep life fun without turning your house upside down. I’m 2 years old, about 45 pounds, and I’ve already been spayed, so I’m ready to focus on the important part, finding my person. I came to Happy Bark after my owner passed away, and while that was a big change, I’ve stayed the same sweet girl with a really nice personality. I’m good with other dogs, heartworm negative, and not nearly as high energy as people expect from a husky. I enjoy being out and about, but I’m not out here plotting escapes or looking for trouble. I haven’t tried climbing, I haven’t been digging, and I seem like the kind of girl who would be happy stretching my legs in a fenced yard, then coming inside to relax with my family. I may be biased but I'm super awesome. What I’d really love is a home where I can be included in everyday life and not spend long hours shut away in a crate. I think I’d make a wonderful companion for someone who wants a friendly, lovely dog with husky charm and a more easygoing style. If you’ve been hoping for a beautiful sidekick who will look up at you like you’re the best thing in the world, I think we should meet. Lil Bit's adoption fee is $275. Story
Meet Duke! This striking boy is only 3 years old, and while he has plenty of energy and loves going on walks, he's always happy to crash on his bed afterwards. He is also 99% housebroken in shelter and keeps his kennel pretty clean! Duke loves romping around with doggy friends and does great in playgroups, but may try to chase cats or other small critters. If you want a dog who's the perfect mix of playful and laid back, Duke may be the one for you!

Application Link: https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/ARH-A-20 Adoption Fee: $310 All dogs are fixed, up-to-date on age appropriate shots and micro-chipped. What a loyal girl. Soki is about 3 years old, about 65lbs, and a husky boxer mix. She is slow to trust but once she does, you will have a dog that loves you like no other. She is a queen and with that comes some sass from her husky heritage. She can carry on a conversation and loves to sit on the dining table chairs when doing so. I have had many dogs doing rescue and none can match her personality or devotion. She is not the best with cats and can be dog selective. Does not do well with bossy dogs.

Story
Nora is a wonderful, beautiful, sweet Husky, who we rescued at the end of 2024. She is a dream to walk and run with. She does well with our 7 and 10yo kids and our other dog (10lb) and cat but we introduced them gradually. According to the staff where she boards, she does well with older male dogs. We have become too busy to be able to provide her with the amount of exercise and attention she deserves so want to find her a better suited family. She would be great with a person or family that goes hiking or running regularly. She is still a husky so some experience is probably helpful.
