Meet Kia: Your New Favorite Co-Pilot! 🐾 Kia is a gentle soul with a heart of gold and a coat that’s as unique as her personality. At 3-5 years young, she has mastered the art of being the perfect "medium-energy" companion. Whether you’re looking for a hiking buddy or a professional napper, she’s ready to fill the role! Kia is a total socialite who lives harmoniously with four other dogs and three cats—making her a dream addition to a multi-pet household. She’s also wonderful with children, showing off her patient and tender nature. Kia’s Favorite Things: The Great Outdoors: She loves walks and is a world-class car passenger. Sporty Fun: She’s a budding athlete who enjoys a good game of fetch. Window Watching: She takes her job of "neighborhood watch" very seriously! Supervised Socializing: Kia is so eager to be with people that she’s learned to climb fences just to say hello! She’ll need a secure, 6-foot fence to keep her backyard adventures safe. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow who will always be by your side, Kia is vetted and ready to head home. Don’t miss out on this sweet girl! Apply to adopt Kia today: https://shelterfriends.org/

Story
Hi, I’m Rocky! I’m a 3-year-old Siberian Husky mix, and I may be a little shorter than your typical Husky, but I’ve still got all that fun Husky energy packed into my 37-pound body! My previous family loved me, but they didn’t have enough time to keep up with me, so now I’m looking for a new home that’s ready for adventure. I’m friendly, super smart, and very trainable—I love learning new things and spending time with my people. I do have a playful (and sometimes a little mischievous) side. If I get bored, I might find something to chew on, so I’ll need a home that can keep me busy and engaged with walks, playtime, toys, and maybe even some training games. The good news? I’m already vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, so I’m ready to pack my bags and go home with you!

Story
Hey there, I’m Forrest! I’m a 4½-year-old, 47-pound Husky mix with a calm, friendly nature and good manners to match. I came to the shelter because my family had some life changes that needed their attention, and they felt I deserved more space than they could give me. They described me as quiet, friendly, and well-behaved, and I do my best to live up to that every day. I’m the kind of dog who fits in nicely and just wants to be part of the family. I’m vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, so I’m all ready to head home with you. If you’re looking for a gentle, steady companion with a good heart and great manners, I'm your guy!

Kiki is a sweet young dog who loves to play fetch and follow her person everywhere. She is a great car rider and is obedient in the car and by your hip. She was trained to stay at your right side everywhere you go and once settled in she will do that. She loves laying in the bed and chewing on bones. She loves trash and is super smart. She tolerates other dogs well but dislikes cats. For more information please contact her foster mom at 571-328-8712.
