Multiple meets might be necessary.Has this dog lived with cats? Unknown. [The Lycoming County SPCA does not “cat test” dogs per the Association of Shelter Veterinarian’s Guidelines for Standards of Care in Animal Shelters.]---Condensed Staff Assessment Notes: Since their arrival at the shelter, both Tom and Zendaya have remained withdrawn, showing only small glimmers of personality. Based on their observed behaviors, we have determined that they are bonded and will need to be adopted together.When out of their kennel, they both sat together in a corner of the room, watchful and hesitant to move around. Gradually, Tom began to explore half of the room, but he always returned to Zendaya`s side once he realized she wasn`t with him. Outside, they were skittish, startled by the various sounds of kennel life around them. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Rex is looking for his forever home. He was surrendered at just a mere 8 months old to One Dog at a Time ODAAT because of his severe separation anxiety. He was born in February 2018 and is a Husky, Terrier mix. A lot of people might have given up on Rex. He is deaf, suffered from severe separation anxiety, and had no training whatsoever. But the people at ODAAT believed he'd be a perfect candidate for their training partnership with a local prison, Rockview. Rex learned great basic commands while staying at the prison and a couple of really special ones. He is no longer in the program and is ready for his forever home. Because Rex is deaf, we truly feel he would require another pup to be able to live life to the fullest. Older children only. Rex is protective of his people. He is committed through and through with the person he bonds with. He will require a special family to be able to bring him to his full potential. Rex will not be able to be a social butterfly. If you're looking for a dog that will be a great companion, this is your boy! His best friends are Deitz, Vader and Dugan, three of our ODAAT rescue pups. My Max is sweet boy his birthday is 03/21/2022have him on blue buffalo dry food He also looks forward to his snacks in between. Now and then I give him For adoption Max must have a place to run freely. These type of dogs are very high energy and must have exercise .As long as he has a safe place to run and play he's happy. Loves his daily walks. An adult or a child can reach down and take his toy or food. With no problem taught him that since a puppy. The only thing he does not tolerate is another dog eating his food. He will warn them. I was never afraid to take him out at night by myself. He protects his master at all times. Never ever had an accident in the house. He sits shakes comes when called but is stubborn when he wants to stay outside. I never would give him up but I now am in congestive heart failure I'm not able to walk or play with him as much now as he needs.Being in apartment now is also hard. He is also GREAll I ask is that you love and treat him with respect. Thank you
