Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Rex is looking for his forever home. He was surrendered at just a mere 8 months old to One Dog at a Time ODAAT because of his severe separation anxiety. He was born in February 2018 and is a Husky, Terrier mix. A lot of people might have given up on Rex. He is deaf, suffered from severe separation anxiety, and had no training whatsoever. But the people at ODAAT believed he'd be a perfect candidate for their training partnership with a local prison, Rockview. Rex learned great basic commands while staying at the prison and a couple of really special ones. He is no longer in the program and is ready for his forever home. Because Rex is deaf, we truly feel he would require another pup to be able to live life to the fullest. Older children only. Rex is protective of his people. He is committed through and through with the person he bonds with. He will require a special family to be able to bring him to his full potential. Rex will not be able to be a social butterfly. If you're looking for a dog that will be a great companion, this is your boy! His best friends are Deitz, Vader and Dugan, three of our ODAAT rescue pups. So if you are in the market for an awesome pair, trio, or quad group... just let us know! Applications can be found at  www.onedogatatime.us.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 9, 2026, 11:55 am

Story
Hi everyone! My name is Oreo. The girls here call me Oreo Cookie. I`m a really fun guy who loves to get zoomies. I want to tell you to keep it in mind that I`ll get even cuter with time! I recently got a REALLY bad hair cut and I normally have beautiful long hair. I also will do anything for a good treat! I know how to sit and walk pretty well on the leash. I will need some help learning this potty training thing, but I think I`ll pick up on it pretty quick. You have other doggies in the home? GREAT! I can`t wait to meet and play with them! Older Kiddos? Even better! If you think I`m the pup for you please feel free to apply for me at www.clearfieldcountyspca.org today!

Story
Max is use to getting he special treats bryers vanilla ice cream and 2 percent milk I have him on blue buffalo dry food He also looks forward to his snacks in between. For adoption Max must have a place to run freely. These type of dogs are very high energy and must have exercise .As long as he has a safe place to run and play he's happy. Loves his daily walks. An adult or a child can reach down and take his toy or food. I taught him that since a puppy. The only thing he does not tolerate is another dog eating his food. He will warn them. Generally max is a love bug. I was never afraid to take him out at night by myself. He protects his master at all times. Never ever had an accident in the house. He sits shakes comes when called but is stubborn when he wants to stay outside. I never would give him up but I now am in congestive heart failure I'm not able to walk or play with him. Being in apartment now is also hardAll I ask is that you love and treat him with respect. Thank you

Story
Everyone meet the newest dog on the block… Jet. This handsome husky has already made quite the impression since arriving at ARC. Jet has been friendly with everyone he’s met at the shelter so far and has even made a few canine friends during his stay with us.Like many huskies, Jet is smart, energetic, curious, and always ready for his next adventure. Huskies are known for being active dogs who thrive with structure, exercise, and owners who understand the breed and all of their wonderfully dramatic personalities. Jet is looking for a home that’s familiar with huskies and prepared for the commitment that comes with owning one. In return, you’ll get a fun-loving companion with striking blue eyes and a personality just as big as his ears. If you think Jet may be the missing piece to your family, submit a pre-approval form through our website to schedule a time to meet him!

Story
Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement—Kennel License #2617**Due to Stetson Kevin needing neutered, his adoption will not be finalized until on or after: 7-11-26Could he do well with kids? Yes, with children around 10 years old, on a kid-by-kid basis.Could he do well with other dogs? Yes, on a dog-by-dog basis.Has this dog lived with cats? Unknown. [The Lycoming County SPCA does not “cat test” dogs per the Association of Shelter Veterinarian’s Guidelines for Standards of Care in Animal Shelters.]---Condensed Staff Assessment Notes: Stetson Kevin is an energetic and curious dog who initially struggled with inactivity, often pacing and whining when not engaged. During walks, he startled easily but gradually gained confidence.Inside, he was cautious in unfamiliar situations, like being fearful of the dog statue in the lobby, though he recovered quickly from sudden noises once in the room. When invited to interact, he took a moment to assess before engaging. He showed little interest in food and struggled with redirection, more open to investigation than listening. When meeting new people, he tended to jump up, although gently. He lacked confidence approaching other dogs but became more engaged over time, inviting play even if he sometimes played too roughly by pawing at the other dog`s muzzle.---For more resources to help with any step of your adoption journey go to: https://go.petadoptiongateway.com/LycomingDT
