Ginger is a female, white and tan wirehaired Jack Russell Terrier. Ginger is approximately 10 years old and is a little shy when first meeting and it could take her a bit to warm up. She tolerates other dogs but would do great as an only dog. She is on the small side as she weighs only 16 pounds. She is a bit standoffish at times and isn't much of a snuggler but she does enjoy butt rubs and being close to her human.. Ginger is housetrained, is up-to-date on all of her required vaccinations, has had a veterinary well visit and been spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $150. Pumpkin does well with people of all ages but she would prefer an adult family with a calm household. Pumpkin gets along with other dogs-we don't know about cats but she ignored them when we walked her past them.

Meet Nisa! Nisa is a sweet, gentle girl around 11 months to 1 year old, and she gets more confident every single day. She started out shy, but her loving personality is shining through more and more as she learns that the world isn’t so scary. Nisa is currently in a foster home and having an absolute blast with her foster sister (Sallie Jo—also adoptable!) and the other dogs in the home. She loves to play, snuggle, and soak up attention. She’s also very food motivated, which makes her a fun and easy candidate for learning new tricks. She makes the perfect companion for snuggles on the couch, movie nights, hikes, car rides, or really anything you love to do. She just wants to be near her people. Nisa can still be a bit shy with new humans, but she’s blossomed so much and continues to gain confidence every day. Because she learns so well from other dogs, she will need another dog in the home to help her continue building that confidence and feel secure. Casey is a 6-year-old Rat Terrier with a big personality. Due to my own health issues, Im no longer able to give her the level of care and activity she deserves, so searching for an experienced and responsible adopter who can offer her a safe, stable, and loving home. Casey is energetic, playful, and loves being around people. She’s the kind of dog who lights up when she gets attention. She can be hyper at times, especially when excited, but she settles down nicely once she’s burned off some energy. She does best as an only dog or with a male dog. Casey is what I would describe as a flight risk. She’s clever, agile, and has been known to take herself on adventures if she finds an opening. Because of this, a secure, fenced-in backyard is strongly recommended, and her adopter should be comfortable managing a dog who likes to explore.
