This little cutie is looking for a foster home in NJ or surrounding areas where he can finally feel safe, loved, and start learning what it means to be part of a family. Pringle is still figuring things out—he’s not yet house or leash trained, but with a patient and loving foster, he has so much potential to blossom. He’d love a home with another friendly dog to help him feel more confident and show him the ropes. Pringle will also need to visit our rescue’s vet partner, so being within a reasonable driving distance is a must. Clarissa’s a 3yo 22lb JRT mix. She’s dog and kid friendly. She’s still working on house training but is pee pad trained. She loves running around her fosters secure fenced in yard. She loves to play ball and would love a family with kids. Clarissa MUST have a secure fenced in yard, another well balanced, confident active dog along with people who are on board to show leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Clarissa came to Tiny Paws from a hoarding house where she was bred and had puppies. Cabi is an excellent dog 5 (almost 6) year old pup, definitely for the active family as she is a Jack Russell and they have a ton of energy! It is unfortunate that I need to rehome her, but with a recent life change, working long hours, and taking care of her alone it has just been unfair to her. She would do great in a home as the only pet, but would be good for a family with young kids that wants to cut out the time of dog training. She loves her people!!! She can definitely be hesitant to a newcomer (protective!) but once she feels comfortable she great. Not always the best with other dogs as she gets a little “jealous” if near her owner. Definitely needs a yard, and many hours of ball playing!! Would love to answer any questions you have.
