Mr. Bean’s an 8yo 18lb JRT mix. He’s dog friendly. He is house and crate trained. He’s good in a secure fenced yard and/or going for walks which he loves. Loves toys but not good to have them if other dogs are around since he’s protective of his things. He needs time to warm up to new people and is not a cuddler but will lay next to you once he has warmed up. Mr. Bean MUST have a home without kids, if another dog is in the home only 1 other, someone to take him on walks 4 times a day along with being on board to show leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. Peter Wolf of Your Happy Dog who volunteers his time with Tiny Paws will be at the meet which includes all humans and animals in the house to help with the transition. If your home DOES NOT fit this please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone not a fit. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Mr. Bean has a heart murmur and is on Pimobendan that he needs given twice a day. He’s neutered, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. Currently fostered in Phila, PA. Carla’s a 4yo 15lb JRT. She’s dog, cat and older dog savvy kid friendly. She’s used to pee pads so needs some work on going outside instead. She’s used to her fosters secure fenced in yard and when must go out with harness and leash she gets nervous. She came from a hoarding situation where she didn’t leave the house or have human interaction. She will need warm up time but once she trusts you she is extremely loving. Once she warms up she will want to be next to them. Carla MUST have a secure fenced in yard, another well balanced, confident dog along with people who are on board to show leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. Mowgli is a sweet, curious, energetic dog who loves to cuddle. I unfortunately live in a busy city and do not have a car which I have found is not the ideal home for Mowgli. Ideally, he would need a yard to run around in and others around at home. Due to my change in career I am away from home for long periods of time and am unable to give him the attention he needs. Mowgli is about 5 years old and I adopted him from Operation Paws for Homes straight from a foster. It breaks my heart to give him up but I think it is the best decision for him. He loves to play hide and seek and tug of war.

Meet the L puppies. Their mom, Lady Darling, was picked up as a stray in Georgia and scheduled for euthanasia despite the fact she was heavily pregnant. BCAA pulled her and transported her up to New Jersey. She arrived on a Sunday and delivered her puppies on Wednesday. Lady Darling is small and nine puppies is a lot but she did a great job. The pups are healthy, feisty, and active. They are also small, squirmy, and constantly underfoot. We believe Lady Darling is a Jack Russel / Chihuahua / Beagle mix. Dad may have been a hound of some sort. The puppies all have unusual markings and different body types and ears. We don't think the pups will be very big (Lady Darling is 17 lbs). Their mom is a fierce hunter so the pups may enjoy chasing chipmunks, squirrels, and rabbits when they are older. ADOPTION CONSIDERATIONS: Because of their size, it is important that someone is home with the pups for the first few months to let them out every 2-3 hours for potty training, companionship, and feeding. We do not recommend them for families with children under the age of 8. This is LuLu Livy. She is a petite little sweetheart at 4.2 lbs. She has her spicy moments but comes when you call her and loves a quiet cuddle in your lap.
