Meet Blizzard, our playful one-year-old Maltese looking for a patient, loving forever home. Blizzard is an energetic little guy who loves to run, play, and hang out with the other dogs in his foster home. He gets along wonderfully with them and would do well in a home with canine friends. A fenced yard is ideal for him, as it gives him space to zoom around and burn off energy. He is working on potty training with pads. Like many small dogs, he’s not a fan of cold or rainy weather, so he may prefer indoor options during bad weather. Once he trusts you, he melts into a sweet cuddle bug who happily soaks up affection. Blizzard came from a breeding facility that is downsizing, so he may be shy at first and can spin in circles when he’s nervous. With patience, routine, and gentle handling, he will continue to build confidence and settle into family life. If you’re looking for an active, affectionate companion who just needs a little understanding, Blizzard may be your perfect match. Apply at campcompanion.org. Adoption fee: $350 + tax.
