Mack is affectionate, calm, loves to chill with his people, sleep on the bed next to you, and generally lounge around, though he can occasionally go bonkers playing with his favorite toys (catnip toys and feathered mice and wands). He can be alone for several hours, is quiet throughout the night, tends to follow when called with "come," and loves to be called "you're a good boy.” Mack loves to be brushed, especially gentle strokes on his cheeks from front to back, and to watch birds and squirrels from a comfy spot. Mack was adopted as a very young cat by the prior owner when he walked onto the school grounds where she worked. He lived with two adult cats for about four years until they moved away and then with one young cat for about seven years until that cat passed away in October 2025. We adopted Mack through private rehoming when the prior owners moved away. Even though Mack lived with other cats in his prior family, we’ve been unsuccessful in getting Mack to accept our other cat, which is much smaller and more active. As our other cat is not a good candidate for adoption, we unfortunately need to find a good home for Mack. Mack is a very good cat who would do best in a quiet, loving, stable home, ideally with no other cats, or possibly with another cat of similar size and temperament. He also needs an experienced cat person who can read his body language and meet his needs, which can be managed by reading his cues and veterinary-prescribed food for constipation (wet and/or dry). She is a sweet, playful, and curious little kitten. She loves exploring her surroundings and enjoys playing with toys, but she also has a gentle and affectionate side. Once she feels comfortable, she loves attention and being around people. Chimmy is one of Luna kittens. Luna was a stray cat I would feed every time she came to my house. One day I saw her belly big and realized she was pregnant. That day I decided to take her in and care for her during her pregnancy. She gave birth to 5 kittens. Only one her kittens has been adopted, and I am still trying to find homes for Chimmy and her 4 sisters. Chimmy was also hospitalized for 1 week for an unknown fever but she has now recovered and I am trying to find a sweet loving home for her.
