Story
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Sydney is a 5 year old Flamepoint Siamese and he is the sweetest boy ever. He is vocal, affectionate, and loving. He did test positive for FIV but he is very healthy otherwise. He would like to be your one and only pet, as he likes to be the king of the castle. He had a rough start to life and still has some trauma he is mentally healing from, but he has a lot of faith in his humans and wants to trust you completely, he will just need someone who is patient and cat experienced. He would enjoy a soft bed and cat tree to sleep and lounge on. He would love to cuddle with his new person in bed at night. He is a people kitty, he likes to conversate with you about his day and is eager to hear about yours. He would be a great companion for someone who works from home or is retired as he always loves to be right next to his human. Do you think Sydney could be the guy you've been searching for? He would love to meet you. Apply to adopt this gorgeous blue-eyed boy today. He has been neutered, tested negative for FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treatment applied and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150.November 5, 2024, 9:13 pm

Story
Andy & Lovey – Bonded Siamese Pair Seeking a Safe Home Brother Andy (part Siamese) and Sister Lovey (lilac point Siamese) are a bonded brother–sister pair looking for a safe, warm place to live together. They have grown up in a managed feral colony and are very familiar with people, though they are not handled or petted. They know their names, come when whistled for, sniff fingers, and happily hang around during feeding time. They even jump into the car to eat, showing how trusting and adaptable they are. Unfortunately, they currently live in an area with heavy traffic, and their safety is a growing concern. Andy and Lovey must be placed together and would do best in a protected garden, winery, barn, or similar environment where they can stay warm and safe from harm. A small adoption fee applies. Their caregiver is deeply committed to their well-being, will help ensure a good placement, and can assist with delivery and ongoing support. These two deserve a secure place where they can stay together and live safely for the rest of their lives. Andy & Lovey are being cared for by a member of the community.  To arrange to meet these cats or find out more, please fill out our application here: https://www.thedancingcat.org/adopt-courtesy For more information regarding our Courtesy Posts, see www.thedancingcat.org/courtesy-postsJanuary 20, 2026, 8:34 pm

Story
Jelly Bean! This teenage kitten brings it all: Affectionate and loving? Check! Playful? Check! Gets along with other cats? Handsome?  Check, check, check! Teen-age kitten Jelly Bean was the most amazing surprise. Not only finding a Seal-point type Siamese kitten in a colony of homeless cats, but finding that Jelly was immediately friendly, docile and looking for affection at an age when many young cats need more intensive socialization.  But Jelly Bean settled into life as a pampered house cat almost immediately. Jelly does get along with his foster-mom's resident male cat, and seems to like cat company...as long as the other cats are nice of course.  He is the kind of boy that will meet you at the door when you return home, and follow you around the house.  He will entice you to play with his favorite toys, but can also amuse himself with toys or a window-view of birds or squirrels is enough for Jelly! Story
Hi! I’m a beautiful 2-year-old Seal Point Siamese mama, and I’m ready to find my forever home! People tell me I’m absolutely stunning with my dark "point" markings and bright eyes, but I’m much more than just a pretty face.I am a total sweetheart! While my three little black kittens are a bit on the shy side, I am the brave one of the group. I love being around people and I’m very friendly. I’m happy to show my babies that the world isn’t so scary, but now that they are growing up, I’m looking for a lap of my own to curl up in (and if I could be adopted with one of my kiddos- that would be a dream come true! Besides, I don't really like other cats but I do like my kittens!). If you are looking for a calm, loving, and social companion, look no further- I’m your girl!  I am fixed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped and looking for my forever home. Priority will be given to those adopting me and one of my kiddos (Java, Kona, or Sumatra)!  MUST FOLLOW APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Go to  https://www.kittenrescue101.org/adopt/available-cats and Click "adopt" on the cat's profile you are interested in. Clicking adopt does not mean that you are adopting this cat. It will take you to an application to fill out which is the first step of the adoption process.  2) If your application is approved, you will receive a call back within 2-3 days with an appointment time slot. We do our best to match the cat to the best environment/family/situation as possible based on the cat's personality and temperament. We cannot call back every applicant with an update. You will receive a call if your application is selected. Thank you for your understanding.  ##2648806##
