Story
Hi. Unfortunately, I am moving and the circumstances of my soon to be new home don’t allow pets. My Bailey baby needs a new home. She is a 5-year-old off white Jindo shepherd (Korean breed). She is house trained and super chill. She does well in an apartment. Although, she does require daily walks. Those are her favorite. We’ve been working on off-leash walks. She also enjoys the dog park and car rides. She is very loving and affable but her size tends to intimidate the smaller dogs and cats who don’t know her. She cries when they won’t play with her. Poor baby. Surprisingly, she does not chew on shoes, furniture, or any of your belongings. The “bad.” She is super intelligent and understands the rules because she’ll break them behind your back. She jumps on the bed or eats your food when you’re not looking. That’s it. I hope she finds someone with a yard. That’s all she’s missing in her life. Please treat her well. She’s a great pup and deserves a loving home. Thank you.

Story
Hello everyone, Meet Osito! He is an adorable one year old husky that was rescued from Palmdale animal shelter. When he first arrived with us, he was scared of everyone and everything, and unfortunately because of this he wasn’t even able to go outside for walks. We slowly but surely gained his trust and after a month of love and reassurance, he finally started to come out of his shell. He is now a VERY playful and energetic pup who loves to be around other dogs. He lives for sniff walks, bike runs, and visits to the park where he loves to run & play with my other foster dogs. Osito would thrive in a loving home with an active family that is willing to continue providing him with the structure & stimulation he needs 🤍

Story
I’ve had Greedo for about 5–6 years now. He is a Jindo/Coydog mix. In the past, I was home much more often, so I never experienced any major issues with owning him. However, after moving to a new house with a smaller yard, some challenges began to arise. Since the move, Greedo has consistently found ways to escape the yard by climbing fences. With my current work schedule and limited time at home, he has unfortunately become more than I can properly manage. Because of this, I am hoping to find an experienced owner with a secure, decent-sized yard who can provide him with the attention, space, and environment he needs.

Story
Ginny is from a family of Korean Jindo mixes. White/cream. She is @40-45 lbs, long legged and slender. 1 year old.  Ginny loves running around with her siblings and being patted by the volunteers. She is shy with strangers and in new situations, but she should warm up in a home once she settles in. Sweet girl, has never been aggressive. Her other siblings still here are Neville and Harry Pawter. Ron Weasley and Hermione are adopted. They came from a home. Ron Weasley had a DNA test done by  his new owners and it showed that they had 75% Korean Jindo.  *She is spayed and has her puppy shots. Find our applications on our website, beaglesandbuddies.com, under Adopt a dog, and email to beaglesandbuddies@gmail.com. You may then request an appointment.*Note that young dogs and pure breeds are at the highest end of our prices.* Please find our applications and valuable information under  "Adopt a dog"* on our website:  *www.beaglesandbuddies.com* and email your application to beaglesandbuddies@gmail.com. Let us know your preference of appointment day/time and which dogs you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate and email you the closest appointment available. Most appointments will be Friday-Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm, for an hour. *Note bring any other dog/s and the entire family to your meet and greet at B&B.* A complimentary training manual is included with each adoption, authored by terristeuben.com. Check out her website - she is fabulous! B&B is glad to be open during the pandemic. We know the value and comfort of a loving pet companion and are doing our best to help the dogs and folks who need them. We update our website daily and are always rescuing, vetting, rehabilitating, socializing. &#226&#128&#139 Are you my furrever family? For further info on the adoption process, please visit our home page and check out the "Adopt a Dog" section, which has thorough instructions.  All our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and  fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records.   Our prices are higher than the shelters' because we nurse the dogs through their illnesses and get them needed surgeries and dentals. We also spend time socializing. Furthermore, unlike shelters, rescues do not get financial aid from the government and must rely on donations, grants, and adoption fees. Our fees for adults start at $150 and usually go up to $750. Young adults that are high in demand may be a little over $750.00. For puppies and purebreds, we charge up to $1000. The lower end is for dogs who have been here a while. The good news is that, because rescues fall under the "charity" category, the fees for our dogs are officially donations and are therefore tax deductible. You can think of it as donating to a worthy cause and getting a dog in return!  Sponsor Me Beagles & Buddies must find ways to raise money so we can continue saving dogs. Your tax-deductible donation keeps our rescue kennel operating!  Hours Friday:  10 am to 3 pm Saturday:  10 am to 3 pm Sunday: 10 am to 3 pm Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: CLOSED Wednesday: CLOSED Thursday: CLOSED &#226&#128&#139 Weekday appointments may be available.  We are a small staff and do our best to accommodate your needs. **Note that during COVID, we are not holding open houses on any day. Please email us for an appointment and include your application (found on our website, beaglesandbuddies.com, under "Forms"). Most appointments will be Friday through Sunday, though other days may also be available. We usually schedule one appointment per hour. Allow 1-2 hours for your appointment. Please look at our website and make a list of one or more dogs that you would like to see.
