Story
Let me tell you about my previous life. I used to have a family back then. My previous owner asked their parents to take care of me, but they were overwhelmed by everything. They decided to look for another family for me in and I'm looking for a family from Canada/ US. Hi, I’m Bolt. I’m 2.5 years old, Jindo mix, and very energetic. If you are up for the task of raising a very energetic, young, busy little bumble bee- THAT’S ME!! I’m highly energetic and love to play. I would love to meet a family who is very active and strong enough to control me. I’m very affectionate and loving – no stranger danger here. I love to get petted and enjoy the attention. I love to show my belly to everybody and belly scratches are the best! I even let children pet me. With other dogs, I would slowly introduce myself, but I tend not to play or wrestle with new friends. I would prefer to play with humans or smell things around. I feel a little uncomfortable meeting a dog who is very excited and hyper. If the dog is overly excited and does not keep a distance, I would highly recommend you take me somewhere to have my own space. I need special attention when I meet overly excited dogs. If the dog shows aggression, I would not avoid it, I would go against them. I have never met a cat before but I would likely chase the cat and small animals. I tend to chase a ball and anything that moves. When I see the bird during walks, I tend to chase and follow. I even stop playing and tries to chase a small animal. Be extra careful when walking, because like my name, I would be bolting out. Because of these reasons, I will be working on LAT training while waiting for my family. I have a high energy level. If I don’t get enough playtime and outdoor activities, I might bother you so much at home. I could bark or destroy things because of boredom. But if I get enough activities, I tend to chill at home. I’m quite a good walker, but I might pull or bolt out when I see small animals. Other than that, I would love to sniff here and there and enjoy the weather. I would not guard resources against people but if there is another dog, I would growl and try to protect my food. Little more about me, I don’t have separation anxiety but will likely have it later if I don’t get proper training. Also, I would bark if I need and want something. I’m used to riding a car. In the crate, I would be calm in the car. I’m potty-trained. Most of the time, I would go outdoor- potty but I would mark territory when I go to a new place. I need lots of attention and training, but I’m so ready to learn and explore a new world with you! If you think I can be your forever friend, please contact my trusted team. Story
Are you looking to adopt an affectionate senior dog? Please meet Jaesoon. She is shy at first, but opens up to people very quickly. She eats treats from a stranger's hand. Treats will make her open up more quickly. She is active for her age. When she feels good, she is happy and playful. Despite this bright personality, she's been through a lot. She was found neglected in a dirty house in January 2018. When police officers went in the house, one dog was dead. The other 3 dogs were suffering bad skin disease. It turned out that the dead dog died from hunger and thirst. Jaesoon's collar was too tight. Her neck grew into the collar - cutting a deep wound into her flesh. She had an emergency surgery and thankfully recovered well. She used to hate someone touching her neck. It was understandable. But for the past 5 years in a no kill shelter, she got much better. Now she allows head and chin scratches and seems to enjoy those. What she still doesn't like is touching her paws or belly and lifting her. We hope someday she overcomes those, too. She hasn't learned how to get along well with other dogs. She is nice to some dogs, but is cranky to others. She tends to be more cranky to puppies. So a home where she can be an only dog would be ideal. Story
Let me introduce myself, I'm lovely little lady, Prida. I am now three years old and I have a slightly shy personality, so I may not approach easily. However, I absolutely love food, so if you give me treats and patiently wait for me, we'll become fast friends. On the other hand, I'm quite sociable with other dogs and I'll happily wag my tail and play with them, even if I'm meeting them for the first time. I feel more comfortable around dogs who are slightly bigger or the same size as me, probably because my previous roommates were larger than me. I tend to rely on other dogs a lot and being around gentle ones gives me a sense of security. I enjoy going for walks and I'm a curious little one, but I'm still unfamiliar with busy roads. I'm looking for a kind owner who will help me open up and patiently wait for me to trust them. If you have the patience and kindness I need, I'll be waiting for you. Adopt me, Prida, and let's embark on a wonderful journey together! https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIsLTtIpe3JwWcgw1akUG795zhBukgd7m

Story
I was roaming around the developing/rural area with my siblings and was luckily rescued in 2022. Hi, I’m Navy! I’m 1 year old, Jindo Mix, a bit shy at first and needs time to warm up. I have such long legs, a sharp face, and a gentle soul. Such a perfect dog already. I’m really friendly with doggy friends. I will show my belly to all my friends and wag my tail to welcome them. My foster mom said I will do much better if a dog friend is already in my new family. I learn a lot from my friends and they make me comfortable when I need to adjust to a new environment. I allow pets but am not too used to being petted. I think a little treat would help me to warm up quickly. I’m trying to get used to living with people and one day I will get there! I get a little shy with people but you can easily hold and lift me. Since I’m not too close to people, I did not know what to do when walking on a leash. Currently, I’m on leash training and got soooo much better. I walk well in a quiet area but if the road is too crowded and has lots of urban noises, I get a little afraid so I try to run away. I need ongoing leash training and if you could help me, I would do a lot better in the future. I’m very food motivated. I do not guard any resources towards people or other dogs but just in case please feed me in a separate space from other dogs. I’m really good in the crate so you can feed me in the crate to separate me from other dogs. Also, I love to chew. I would less likely to destroy the toys and bones I adore! Oh lastly, don’t put any food on the counter. I can reach that so easily with my long legs :) Please reach out to my team if you think I’m the one! Story
Hello there, potential adopter! My name is Ekong, and I am a 4-year-old male Jindo mix. I was rescued from a shelter in March 2023, where I was left abandoned. I'm quite the people person. I absolutely adore humans and can quickly warm up to even the most unfamiliar faces. I enjoy going for walks. I haven’t had enough experience for walking outside though. However, I must admit, loud noises make me a bit anxious. When I hear them, I might flatten myself to the ground, but it's just my way of dealing with fear. I'm also pretty sociable with other dogs, as long as they are on the calmer side. I get along well with most of them, but I tend to feel a bit uncomfortable around larger or high-energy buddies. I prefer a more relaxed environment where I can be myself and enjoy some quality time with you. If you're looking for a loyal and affectionate companion who will always have your back, then I'm the perfect match for you! I promise to fill your life with unconditional love, tail wags, and happy memories. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIsLTtIpe3JwxLAM-nL2MMAIHuMBVvEAp

Story
I'm Attoo, a 9-month-old male Jindo mix ready to steal your heart! I'm a people-loving pup. I’m playful and energetic. Toys and treats? Count me in! Sometimes, I just want to have a little one-on-one playtime~ Now, let's talk about my unique personality. I'll admit, I can be a tad jealous. I'd really appreciate it if you'd shower me with all the love and attention I deserve .If your affection strays towards other dogs, I might feel a bit upset. Sharing your love isn't really my thing! I'm still a bit of a newbie when it comes to walks. So, I might flatten myself on the ground or stop in my tracks just to take it all in – I'm a curious explorer at heart! So, what's the scoop on me? I'm a bundle of curiosity, overflowing with love, and yes, I've got a touch of that lovable jealousy. If you're ready for a fun adventure filled with tail wags, kisses, and some good-natured rivalry, then look no further – I'm your guy! https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIsLTtIpe3JwzAeNbC9UbS1r_dmw5e-Hq
