**Note: Moojoo is in Korea now but she will arrive in Toronto on Jan 16 upon adoption. Background Moojooo lived at a gas station. She was chained and left outside often left neglect. Several times of tries the owner agreed to surrender and she joined our partner boarding house last summer. Since that she has been living with other dogs peacefully. Personality and Socialization The first couple of weeks when she joined the boarding house, Moojoo was nervous and scared. But soon she warmed up and started playing wiht other dogs and people. Moojoo has a medium energy and has been very friendly and socialble with other dogs epseially she like shte dog around her size and playful with good manner. With people, she has been very friednly and gentle and affectionate. She got along well with volunteers and most shelter staff. She lvoes getting attention and snuggling. She has not been shy around strangers at the shelter and loved when we have shelter visitors. Behaviours She will be a bit nervous and sensitive, if her living environment is changed. But she has been pretty easy going overall. That she adjust after a week or os in her new environment. She is good at the vet for vaccinations and checkup, she has been fine in the car although a long ride can make her nervous as she doesn't have a lot of car experiences. She walks well on the leash and no issues during a bath. She doesn't bark much and has been easy to take care of. Diet and Health When Moojooo was rescued, she had heartworms, but she completed her treatments and is now healthy and ready for her forever home. She is dewormed, microchipped and spayed and up to date vaccinated. She is heartworm negative. Moojoo eats regular kibbles twice a day and has shown no signs of separation anxiety Ideal Home Moojoo is a lovely girl who is cute and very lovely. She will be good as the only dog or as a second dog. Someone working from home or has some home most of the time would be ideal as we want our dogs to be with their family a lot. Rather than being left alone for long hours. She has been pretty easygoing since her rescue. Meet Bean Name: Bean Age: 1 year Sex: Spayed Female Breed: Jindo Mix Color: Black Weight: 6.4 kg Height: 38 cm (shoulder height) Rescue story: Bean was rescued from a city shelter just before euthanasia. She is believed to be a littermate of Blanc. Personality & Socialization With people Bean can be a little shy at first, especially in new environments, but she warms up quickly with treats and gentle handling. Once she feels safe, she allows petting and enjoys affection. She hasn’t had experience with children under 13 yet, but she is comfortable being picked up when gently supported under her belly. With other dogs Bean is very friendly and enjoys meeting both familiar and new dogs. She especially likes dogs similar to her size. She prefers calmer play and will usually walk away rather than engage if another dog becomes too pushy. With cats When she sees cats on walks, she looks with curiosity but follows her handler well when guided. Energy Level Bean has a moderate energy level. She enjoys outdoor activities and walks, but after some play or exercise, she settles down nicely and rests calmly. On walks She does well in quiet areas. In busy or unfamiliar surroundings (cars, people approaching, new sounds), she may pause to observe and make sure things are safe. She is still gaining experience, but she enjoys walking and sniffing, and with regular outings she is expected to improve quickly. Despite his rough start, Cola has grown into a loving and affectionate young dog who truly enjoys being close to people. Personality & Temperament Cola is a very affectionate and social boy. He happily approaches both familiar and unfamiliar people, rubbing against them and allowing gentle handling. He loves human attention and often shows his belly when he feels comfortable — sometimes even to people he has just met. He generally feels more comfortable around women and can be a bit fearful of men. Sudden movements or loud noises from children under 13 can make him uneasy, so a calm, dog-savvy home would be best for him. With other dogs, Cola is friendly and playful. He approaches both familiar and unfamiliar dogs with curiosity and a “let’s be friends” attitude. ‍ On Walks & Outdoors Cola has a moderate to high energy level and needs plenty of outdoor exercise in order to relax indoors. After becoming separated from the group, I wandered alone until I was rescued by the Angel Project. I received long-term medical care for my injuries, and thanks to dedicated treatment and love, I have now fully recovered. I’m safe, healthy, and ready to find a family who will never leave me behind again. MY HEALTH • Fully vaccinated and neutered • Previously suffered a serious eye injury — fully healed with no ongoing issues • Underwent ear surgery due to chronic ear issues • Ears are currently stable, but require regular cleaning due to frequent earwax buildup • When my ears are very uncomfortable, I may vocalize loudly during cleaning, but I have never shown aggression or attempted to bite • Otherwise healthy MY PERSONALITY My name is Gomi.
