FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Goliath! Goliath is a 6-year-old, 80 lb Lab / Chow / Anatolian mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. He’s a big, handsome boy with a lot of presence and an equally big heart for his people! Goliath is incredibly loyal and affectionate with those he knows and trusts. He loves playing fetch, is highly treat-motivated, and will happily give you his full attention when food is involved. Once he bonds with his person, he’s devoted, loving, and eager to please. Because of his size, strength, and independent streak, Goliath is looking for a very specific home. He can be a bit stubborn at times, so he’ll need a confident, experienced handler who can provide clear structure and guidance. He unfortunately does not do well with other dogs and can be reactive, so he will need to be the only pet in the home (no dogs or cats). He’s also strong, jumpy, and can be mouthy when excited, so we’re looking for a home without young children. Goliath would thrive in a standalone home with a fully fenced yard, ideally in a quieter, more rural or suburban setting outside the city where he isn’t overstimulated. A calm, predictable environment with a confident, experienced handler will help him be his best self. Consistency, routine, and leadership will go a long way with this big guy. Large-breed experience is a must. Goliath is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $400.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Meet Willow! 💕 Your Blanket-Burrowing Best Friend Meet Willow, a 1.5-year-old, 32-pound Whippet/Jindo mix with a big heart and a serious love for her people! This sweet girl thrives on human connection and wants nothing more than to be close to her favorite humans. Her ideal evening? Snuggled up under a cozy blanket, preferably right under the covers with you! Willow would love a home where she can be part of the action, whether that means joining you on adventures, enjoying daily walks, or curling up for some quality couch time. She has an active side and would benefit from a family that enjoys staying busy and is committed to continuing her training and helping her build confidence. 🐶 What about other dogs? Willow can be selective about her canine friends. She generally does well playing with other dogs in a play yard, but she can be reactive toward excitable dogs while on leash. She may do well sharing her home with a confident, mellow dog who respects her space, or she could thrive as your one-and-only with continued positive socialization and training. At the end of the day, being with her person is what Willow loves most! 🏡 Willow’s ideal home Willow will do best with an adopter who understands that every dog has individual needs and is willing to help her succeed. She can guard her food and toys, so a home without young children is recommended. Her new family should be prepared to manage her resources thoughtfully and use positive, consistent training to help her develop good habits and feel secure. The good news? Willow is crate-trained and mostly house-trained, and she should continue to flourish with a predictable routine, patience, and consistency. ❤️ Could Willow be your girl? If you’re looking for an affectionate, snuggly companion who wants to be your shadow, your adventure buddy, and your under-the-covers cuddle partner, Willow may be the perfect match. With the right home, continued training, and lots of love, this special girl has so much to offer. Adopt Willow, and get ready to share your blankets, your adventures, and your heart! Willow is up to date on vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500.
