She prefers to be the solo star of the show, so she's looking for a home where she can be your one-and-only dog. She's also a big fan of personal space; she likes to be the one to check you out first and decides when it's time for head scritches. Because she's a "refined" lady with specific tastes, she's looking for an experienced owner and a calm home with older kids (12+) who understand that sometimes a girl just needs a little "me time." For Maumau, the best adventures happen at home. She's looking for a family that is happy to keep her world small and cozy at first - think quiet backyard sniff-fests instead of busy pet stores or big family reunions.
