Story
Aurora was adopted from Elmore County Humane Society in Jan 2024. She was supposedly 6 mos old when we adopted her, but our vet estimated her age was closer to a year. So she is approximately 2.5 years old. Due to recent life altering events and having to get a second job, I am unable to give her the attention she needs. She is a high energy mixed breed and needs to run free. I would prefer her to go to a home that has a fenced in yard. She does great with kids. She is very friendly, sometimes a little too friendly. She has lived with cats at one time. She gets along with them well, but because she wants to play, the cats may take awhile to get used to her. She doesn't go on walks, so she isn't well trained on a leash. I have had a shock collar on her since I have had her in my apt. She responds well to the beeps and the vibrations. She will come with kennel. She is a really sweet girl, and it breaks my heart to rehome her, however, she deserves a better!
