Dolly was adopted from the Polk County Humane Society. We've had her for about 2 months but my wife and 15 month old daughter have both tested positive for an allergy to Dolly. She's a great, well natured dog and does great with out little girl. Unfortunately she just makes her little skin break out. Dolly is 8 days older than our daughter according to her records. Almost 16 months.We'd love to see her somewhere she gets lots of attention, room to play (we have a good sized back yard) and lots of pets. She's a mild barker. Really only barks playfully with our neighbor's dog. Never inside at guests or at the door. We were told she gave birth to a litter of puppies at 9 months old. I believe this gave her a great maternal instinct. She is very good with babies and toddlers. We would have loved for this relationship to workout and for our house to be her forever home but due to the allergies, we have to say good bye. She will be missed.

Hello folks: My name is Luca and I am a 6-year-old, male labradoodle. I am cream colored and weigh about 80 lbs and am now in the market for my forever home and hoomans. I have been described by the folks here at Golden Paws as a goofy boy with a big personality. That is really true. I’m very energetic and very happy. Life has given me a few bumps and scratches, but nothing that won’t buff right out. I know some basic commands, like how to sit and stay, and I am really, really smart. With a little time and patience, you can teach me all kinds of new tricks and commands. I love children, dogs, and other animals. Isn’t that usually the way with a big, goofy guy like me? Because of the type of coat I have, I will need some grooming, but I’m really good at that. Very patient. Also I do well on a leash and would love to take long walks with you. For those of you who are not familiar with my breed of dog, Labradoodles were developed in the late 1980s in Australia. The original idea was to have a smart, trainable guide dog for those who needed them. It also turned out that we are fantastic dogs for families as well. We’re a combination of a Labrador Retriever and a Poodle, with the size of the poodle determining if we’re larger or smaller. Most of the people who would know describe us as being bright, playful, affectionate and friendly. Just what you need, right? What say you fill out an application and come on in for a one on one visit? We’ll spend a little time together and see if we click. I’ve been neutered, I’ve had all my shots, and I’m ready to find my new forever home. I am looking forward to meeting you so we can start our lives together. Hope to see you soon. Love, Luca

Ozai is a handsome 4 yr old, 89 lb. hunk of Rottie/Shep mix love. He is an intelligent and sweet big ole attention seeker. He loves to be wherever you are. All he wants is to be your constant companion. Although he is willing to spend a little time out lounging in the sun when not monitoring your activities. Ozai loves a good bully stick and can expertly catch treats tossed to him. He also takes treats ever so gently when asked, he's very versatile. Ozai would do best in a home with older children. He has an assertive personality, but is non aggressive. He loves car rides and going for walks. If you touch his leash, he just Knows he's going on a big adventure..even if its just up the block. Its all good! Ozai is already neutered, but upon adoption, he has been wormed and will have a rabies vaccination, and a microchip.
