Story
We rescued Onyx as a 2-month-old puppy from a Walmart parking lot. She and her siblings were being given away, and we felt pulled to her. She was born on 12/13/2024. She is scheduled for a spay on 01/05/2026 and will be brought current on all shots at that time. She will not be available until after her spay. We have a profoundly autistic child and never anticipated there would be a species-specific allergy to Onyx for this child. Onyx has lived with a cat and another small dog. She is crate trained, learning to be leash trained, and rides well in a vehicle. She lives in a single-parent home with three children—I am trying to find a home for her that will love her to pieces—and help give her her best life. This has not been an easy choice, and I do feel embarrassed. She has a proper crate, manners & has been on Science Diet her entire time with me.
