Whether it's playtime in the yard or heading out for a walk, Allie brings enthusiasm wherever she goes. Because she gets so excited (life is just that fun!), Allie is working on channeling that energy in more focused ways, like holding a toy while getting harnessed or heading out for walks. This helps redirect her excitement and sets her up for success. With consistency and positive reinforcement, she'll continue to improve. Allie is both dog-friendly and kid-friendly! She would do best with children who understand that she's an energetic, playful pup and may get excited during playtime. Kids who are comfortable around an active dog and can respect her space when she needs it will make great companions for her. She also enjoys the company of other dogs and loves having canine friends to play with. A fenced yard is a must for Allie so she can safely run, play, and burn off her energy. Aurora and her pups were dumped to survive on their out in Puerto Rico. Luckily, volunteers with Barks of Hope dog rescued them all, brought them to a vet then placed them with a loving foster home in PR where they were well cared for. Aurora and the pups were transported to NJ and placed in a foster home in Pennington. Aurora is ready for a new adventure of being loved and cared for as a member of a loving family. She is about 1-2 years old and is a playful, sweet, and gentle girl. She is very much a puppy and needs to learn basic commands. She will make a wonderful family pet! She will not need the crazy & expensive groom of a Labradoodle and she will shed somewhat. All our dogs/pups are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They have been dewormed and are current on vaccinations. Our adoption fee includes 30 days of complimentary medical insurance for your new pet. Breed and size is frequently a guess and can not be guaranteed. Our dogs are fostered on a private residence, we do not have a free standing shelter. They live on a farm where they run and play with other dogs, cats, horses, and barnyard fowl. Initial contact with us must be made through e-mail. E-mail ARFofMercer@gmail.com directly for an adoption application or with any questions. Once your adoption application is approved, you will be invited to meet our dogs/puppies.
