This is Crockett, a stunning wolfhound(?)/schnauzer(?)/doodle(?)/labrador(?) mix, who was surrendered to us because city life was too exciting for him. Crockett is a big, strong boy, at almost 100lbs. He has a medium energy level and has been completely appropriate with every dog we've ever introduced him to. He is comical, eager to please, smart, affectionate.....and sometimes a bit stubborn! He is very chill and is not the kind of dog that is up in your face all the time.Crockett would do best in a suburban or rural area, with dog savvy adult owners that like to throw a ball and perhaps another dog. Due to his size, Crockett would not be a good fit for a home with children. Please note that Crockett will need regular grooming. Meet Iggy, who is currently at our rescue in Oklahoma and looking for a loving family in a state where animals are treated well. He must be prepaid and picked up at one of the listed transport cities. Iggy and 3 other pups came into our rescue when a "breeder" called and wanted to surrender the pups and would harm them if we didn't take them. They claimed all 4 were Labradoodles, but they all look drastically different. We have received his DNA results and he is 65% Lab/Poodle, 29% Great Pyrenees, and the rest is Golden Retriever, Australian Cattle Dog, German Shepherd, and Beagle. Male, approx. 6 months old (as of October 31) Currently 35 pounds (October 31) Loves all attention with people or other dogs Loves water Genetic testing says he has a gene for reduced shedding. Vera is a 4 year old lab/terrier/collie mix rescue that is looking for a new home. She is sweet with adults. She can be defensive with her owners around other dogs. She plays well with other dogs in groups. She attends dog house of Delco weekly and always receives positive reports. I would consider her a reactive dog. Not aggressive but can get defensive when other dogs approach while she is leashed with her owners around. Off the leash and in groups of dogs she plays very well. We have a 18 month old toddler at home that she is jealous of and seems to be defensive of the mother.. She loves to run around outside on and off of the leash. She responds very well to commands. She loves to snuggle with her owners. She really is a loving dog but we are looking to re-home due to our toddler growing up.
