Story
Izzo is a 4-year-old chocolate Labradoodle who came into our lives under difficult circumstances. After my dad suffered a stroke and could no longer care for him, my husband and I lovingly took Izzo in. At the time, we were newly married with one dog, and since then our family has grown to include two young children. Making the decision to rehome Izzo has been incredibly hard, but we know he deserves more daily exercise, focused attention, and companionship than we are currently able to provide. Izzo is intelligent, affectionate, energetic, and endlessly entertaining. He has a joyful spirit and a personality that keeps everyone laughing—if dogs can be funny, Izzo absolutely is. He is truly the kind of dog who will keep you active, smiling, and feeling loved every single day, and we hope to find him a home where he can thrive and be cherished as much as he deserves.

We got him when he was 2 months old. He is now 8 months. Since getting him, I had to take on more responsibilities, that impact my ability to care for him. He is very smart and has a lot of energy. He loves playing outside and would benefit from a family that has more time to spend with him.
