WHAT's WRONG with LOKI?? Not a thing that we know of......We are truly BAFFLED that this boy is STILL in foster care (Miami County, OH) HE is crate trained, house trained, walks well on leash, rides great in a car, plays well with most dogs, loves water a little MORE than he LOVES his toys, is smart, will HELP you HARVEST yr cherry tomatoes, AND will be happy to cuddle after he's had his playtime/exercise !!! IF you are READY to adopt this handsome, oh so smart, playful, young boy that would very much appreciate a forever home/family.

LOKI is almost a yr, is about 50lbs, fully vetted (neutered and vaccinated), and hw negative. We believe LOKI is best described as a Snuggle buddy or lap boy, Sweet, Silly, Playful, Loving, and Happy Go Lucky boy... COMPANIONSHIP: Human or canine is his priority and love in life; he loves to interact and stay with both. He still displays puppy behavior (excitement) when released from his crate...providing him with a toy (reward) HELPS to calm his demeanor. Its that love for companionship that excites him everytime ;-). AND.... LOKI is a big fan of WATER....loves playing in a shallow pool or pond. AND... he will HELP YOU harvest your cherry tomatoes if you have any, lol
LOKI is house trained and crate trained (he MAY initially object with a few barks or an alligator roll to tell you he prefers to be with you....but does fine once inside the crate).
He is a SMART boy and loves the attention, treats & rewards from his training.
Foster family stated he will respond to: Sit/Stay, Off, and walks WELL on leash. At his foster home, he doesn't show any signs of prey drive and does very little barking. AND... LOKI graduated in March from "beginner's" class training at Petsmart.
LOKI is very well socialized; playtime and/or exercise is crucial for this young boy. He has no fear or aggression with other dogs (his foster home has dogs larger than him, male and female).... Seems to prefer females (maybe it reminds him of his mother). LOKI does take correction from other dogs and humans very well.
A fenced yard is required for our young adoptable friend, and we recommend
children over the age of 12 for a dog this young. LOKI is located in foster care with DREAM pet rescue, in Miami County, OH
Adoptions are usually within 120miles of Miami County.
