Story
Liesel is a sweet girl with loads of energy. She likes walks, but needs a fenced yard to run and fetch as well. She is dog reactive and when she came to us we were told she does not like other dogs, but that isn't true. She is just dog selective and has spent time with six different dogs while in our care and has done very well. Introducing the dogs in a proper manner is crucial to successfully getting Liesel to accept a new canine friend. She gets very excited when you first come home or greet her and will tend to jump to say HI, but once things get calm, she calms down as well. She has had some training sessions with 3 different trainers and knows some commands. Liesel has calmed down slightly since coming to us, but she will always be a bit high strung and her adopter must understand and accept that. it is just part of who she is. Liesel loves people, both children and adults, and just needs someone to love her for the dog she is. She wants to please and will be loyal and loving forever, if given the chance..

At 18 months old and 65 pounds, Bindi is right in that fun young-adult stage where she’s learned the basics but still has plenty of playful, goofy doodle enthusiasm to keep life interesting. This girl absolutely loves her people. Like… really loves them. Think “personal fan club president” level devotion. She bonds closely with her humans and wants to be right there with you for all of life’s activities — whether that’s heading out for a walk, running errands, or supervising snack preparation in the kitchen. Because Bindi loves her humans so much, she’d do best as the one-and-only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention without having to share her VIP people. Meet Blitz! I was found abandoned in the woods by a wonderful group of Cub Scouts who took me in when I was scared and hungry. Now that I'm healthy and full of love, I'm ready to find my forever home!  I’m an affectionate, cuddly pup who adores spending time with my humans—especially if it means lap time and belly rubs! I love playing with all kinds of toys, especially tennis balls and stuffed animals. I’m good with other dogs and enjoy lounging in the yard on sunny days.  I know my basic commands like sit, stay, and come, and I’m potty trained. While I might be a bit shy around new people, once I get to know you, I’ll be your most loyal companion. My foster mom says I’m a “Heinz 57” dog, meaning I’m a little bit of everything!  I’m up-to-date on my shots and neutered, ready to join a loving family.
